We had a wonderful two-week stay at this Airbnb. The ocean view was stunning and the large terrace made it easy to enjoy the outdoors. Parking was simple and stress-free, and we really appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was throughout our stay. The pool was a great bonus—always available and never crowded. The beach was a bit further than we expected based on the listing, but still within a pleasant walking distance. Everything was in good condition, and while some minor cleanliness details could be improved, it didn't detract from our overall comfort. For the price, this place offered excellent value. We’d happily stay again!

Although there are some uphill and downhill roads in the area, there are Bird electric scooters conveniently located right next to the back door of the apartment, making it easy and quick to get to Los Cristianos Beach and Fuente Playa de Las Vistas. There’s a taxi point and bus stop (great for stargazing tours) within a 5-minute walk, plus a small supermarket nearby — super convenient. The apartment also has a swimming pool that stays open until 8:30 PM, which was great for relaxing in the evening. Both the living room and bedroom have large ceiling fans, and there’s an elevator just around the corner (left turn when exiting) that takes you directly down to where the scooters are — really handy!

Great apartment! Already when you enter the house, it has a nice and clean atmosphere. It really has everything what you wish for! Fully equipped kitchen, even an electric juicer. Shampoo and Soap was there and a lot of other useful things. The apartment was clean and tidy. There is even a garage which is very useful. They area is very nice, coffee places, supermarkets, restaurants all in walking distance. And it is very good located for trips around the island. Highly recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in Palm-Mar war einfach rundum perfekt! Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber, hervorragend eingerichtet und sehr gut geschnitten. Sie verfügt über zwei Terrassen – eine ideal zum Essen, die andere perfekt zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, es gab reichlich Handtücher, Waschmaschine und Trockner, sowie sehr gutes WLAN. Der Wohnkomplex bietet tolle Annehmlichkeiten wie unter anderem einen beheizten Pool mit separatem Kinderbecken, Fitnessstudio und Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt vor Ort. Die Lage ist ruhig, angenehm und mit einer guten Pizzeria in der Nähe und einem traumhaften Beach Club. Der Flughafen ist in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Gastgeber Benjamin war jederzeit erreichbar, antwortet schnell und ist sehr freundlich. Vor Ort hat uns Bea herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt – sie ist eine überaus sympathische und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung wärmstens weiter!

The apartment was exactly like the pictures very clean modern location was great quiet , but very central to most places. We want to go again but unfortunately same time 2026 is booked but we will definitely come back again would highly recommend to anyone.

Nos alojamos en este apartamento a principios de junio y la experiencia fue inmejorable. El apartamento es de fácil acceso, estaba todo muy limpio y se nota que ha sido renovado hace poco, ya que todo está nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto, en un estilo moderno. Lo mejor sin duda es la vista desde el balcón: se ve el mar, se pueden disfrutar unos atardeceres preciosos, y si el cielo está despejado, incluso se puede ver el Teide. El balcón es muy amplio, perfecto para comer fuera y relajarse. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario, incluso hay lavadora, lo cual es muy cómodo. El baño es muy nuevo y moderno, y tanto las sábanas como las toallas estaban impecables. La ubicación es muy buena para recorrer el norte de la isla, y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente: siempre disponible y atento para cualquier duda o necesidad. Le damos 5 estrellas sin pensarlo. Todo fue genial y lo recomendamos totalmente.

Het was een fijn verblijf bij Yves. Ook voor ons zoontje van 1,5 was het appartement goed geschikt.Met de auto zat je overal zo en kun je het eiland goed ontdekken. Alle communicatie verliep goed en wij kijken erg positief terug op onze tijd in het appartement.

appartement très bien équipé, très propre, avec une vue imprenable. La place de parking est un plus non négligeable. la localisation permet de rayonner facilement sur toute l île. J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans leur logement : tout était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et très bien situé. Le logement proposé est vraiment bien ! Le logement est bien équipé et bien aménagée. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée La terrasse est orienté de façon à avoir le coucher de soleil, c'est très agréable L'accueil avec l'hôte s'est lui aussi, très bien passé. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, je recommande fortement ce logement !

Fin og praktisk leilighet for barnefamilie med små barn.Basseng og uteområdene er fine og rene med naturlig skygge under trær.Området er rolig, har Strand,et par restauranter og gangavstand til El Medano.Litt trafikkstøy fra fly og veien mellom bygning og stranden men vi plagdes ikke nevneverdig av det.Veldig hyggelig vertskap!

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren als Paar mit Kleinkind dort und hatten so einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns in der kleinen, aber wundervollen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie bietet alles, was man braucht, war sauber und ordentlich, und wir haben fast jeden Tag draußen auf dem Balkon gegessen, was wir sehr genießen konnten. Der Gastgeber und sein Freund sind sehr freundlich und wir haben uns direkt mit einer süßen Geste wie Keksen und Wein sehr willkommen gefühlt.

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

Had a gorgeous few days in Florence's place. The apartment is bright and spacious, split across three floors. The bedroom is downstairs which is nice and cool. The living space is airy with a view of of the beach just across the road. Pool was enjoyable and clean too. A short walk along the coast into town.

Had a lovely 10 night stay at Olga’s apartment. Very good location and the pool area is HUGE. Extremely clean also. The apartment was well equipped, very homely. My only negative was that the aircon is situated in the living room. The back bedroom did get extremely warm even though we had the door open! The doors to the balcony also are not covered by curtains so we felt this lacked privacy.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana e ne sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta. La posizione è ottima: a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona tranquilla ma comoda a tutto. È stato facile muoversi a piedi e trovare parcheggio non è mai stato un problema. A poca distanza c’è anche un supermercato ben fornito, molto comodo per la quotidianità. Il residence è pulitissimo, silenzioso e ben curato, così come l’appartamento: impeccabilmente pulito, profumato e dotato di ogni comfort. C’era davvero tutto il necessario, e anche di più – dalla cucina super attrezzata agli accessori per la pulizia, lavanderia, asse e ferro da stiro, ecc. Un grande punto a favore è stata la disponibilità dell’host, super gentile. Ci ha anche fatto trovare un utilissimo book con itinerari consigliati, luoghi da visitare, spiagge e ristoranti della zona: un gesto davvero apprezzato, e non scontato. Consiglio!

We had a lovely month stay, the apartment is located in a great place and the views excellent, sun all day with 2 balconies, it would have been nice to have been notified that the apartment next door was being fully refurbished, we found out at 8am the first morning when banging and drilling started but overall we had an excellent time, Simona the host sorted out any queries very quick, we have even booked our flights for next year.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr ruhig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang genossen. Balkon und Pool waren wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit Camille lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft aus ganzem Herzen und würden immer wieder kommen ❤️

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir wurden nett und aufgestellt Willkommen geheissen sowie auch verabschiedet. Wir haben uns wohl und direkt wie ,zu Hause‘ gefühlt. Man hat alles nötige was man benötigt und die Lage ist Super! Wir würden wider einmal gehen! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr stilvoll hochwertig, eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir verbrachten 8 Tage in dem Apartment und haben die Zeit mit dem Pool und den beiden Terrassen sehr genossen. Der Ort hat uns nicht so angesprochen. Es gab für unseren Geschmack nicht viele gute Restaurants ( zu empfehlen das Restaurant KV Bar Gourmet am Hafen) der Strand gefiel uns ebenfalls nicht so. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und die Reaktion auf den nächtlichen Baulärm verlief sehr positiv. Es gab eine anteilige Rückerstattung für ein paar Nächte. Danke dafür! Man hat auf der Terrasse Sonne von Mittags bis zum wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang.
