Casa Simona is an elegantly restored, over a hundred years old, detached country house. From its three exclusive terraces you can enjoy fantastic ocean and mountain views. A true colonial oasis dotted with aquamarine. This house is within a gated plot of over 20,000 square meters with three other vacation rental houses, the closest one is thirty meters away. It has a swimming pool and laundry room shared with the property's other three houses. This stone house with spectacular views is over a hundred years old but has been converted into a modern and functional apartment that is totally independent, within a closed plot of over 20,000 meters where you can walk. On the plot there are three other independent vacation rental houses that only share the pool and laundry, the nearest house is thirty meters away so you will enjoy total privacy.

Hiking&outdoor activities at Parque Rural de Teno

Cute cottage at the quiet El Palmar's rural valley, just placed at the beginning of many paths to hike and enjoy nature. Near black sand beaches and historic villages at "Isla Baja", the secret of Tenerife. Two companies placed near the cottage offer you awesome outdoor activities (elcardon and tenoactivo). Many restaurants close to the house where you can taste local gastronomy. A grocery allows you to buy all you need, and local farmers offer you a nice organic veggies box (each Wed & Sat)

Modern Solar Powered Home, the house is off-grid, meaning it gets its electricity from the sun and a standby generator if needed. Built in December 2019 we have 2 semi detached houses just before Teide National Park. Home has full cooks open kitchen and living room with all one might need, gas stove, modern appliances, with washing machine in utility room. Located in the Tigaiga Natural Park, it is a very quiet place to disconnect, well located to get to know the north of Tenerife. Next to the 0.4.0 route, Socorro beach to Pico del Teide. The farm has fruit trees and organic vegetables. On the La Espiral estate, there are two more houses, VV Sofia and VV Drago, with all the amenities such as parking, wifi, smart TV, Netflix, etc.
