Holiday rentals with beach access in Abruzzo

Barbara and her husband welcomed us with kindness and cordiality, they showed the place in detail and its features. They made themselves very helpful by giving us tips and useful information. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for families, including children's amenities. We had a really great time. We recommend it.

I can recommend stay in this place. The apartment was clean and big, very comfortable and all of the necesities were available for our use. We had an oven malfunction the last day of our stay and the owner replied proactively and very quick checking what is the problem and even offered a lunch to say sorry 🙂 In general it is very close to the beautiful wide beach, the apartment was well equipped, perfect place to stay even with a bigger group. About Tortoredo Lido, in early May the place was not really crowdy and the season was only slowly starting so this time of the year perfect for rest and relax for sure.

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

Leonardo is a very nice host. The flat is on the seafront, warm, cosy and very handy for wine bar, restaurants and supermarket. We had two weeks of great break. Thank you

To say that we had a good time would be too simplistic, we were perfectly and divinely well. A more than functional and comfortable accommodation, with attention to detail, in an enchanted place surrounded by olive trees that embraces the beautiful Trabocchi coast from above, welcomed by a splendid, hospitable, empathetic, communicative but never intrusive person: FLORIANA…the BEST of the BEST!!!!!!

House located surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Quiet with sea and mountain views. Quality delivery with large indoor and outdoor spaces and above all an incredibly large pool. Excellent stay.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

I chose this apartment to have my parents and my aunts stay and they really enjoyed it! Spaces are well organized and tastefully furnished, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

We were guests of Sabrina because the children were engaged in a sports activity at Alnpalsport in Montesilvano. We had a great time, everything in order and clean, well-equipped kitchen, reserved car parking. Everything perfect.

Everything was perfect, easy to access and very clean. Centrally located, 5 minutes from the central station and 15 minutes from the beach. The host was nice and helpful, with restaurant recommendation and quick answer to any of our questions.Pick this place when you are in Pescara! It’s really worth it! Grazie mille!

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

What a view! Also, the place is very spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the wine, cheese and salami too! We did have trouble finding where Michele had sent us the pin to park....heads up, both Google and Apple Maps aren't always the best in Italy. We found this consistently on our 2.5 week stay in various locations large and small.

We absolutely loved our stay at Christian’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. The apartment is beautiful, modern, full of everything you could need and extremely clean. Very spacious and excellent location. We will certainly be staying here again if we return to Pescara! Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

The room is really central, perfect for those who want to experience the city center on foot! The environment is beautiful, tastefully furnished and welcoming. In general, the cleanliness was good, although I found some dust in some corners. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, but still suitable for short stays. Fabrizio was immediately very helpful and kind. Despite these small details, I highly recommend this property for its unbeatable location and pleasant atmosphere!

Wonderful apartment to stay in the center of Pescara! Great amenities and easy to go on foot around the city. We also received advice for parking and where to go for great food. Recommended!!
