Could not be more perfect place to stay in Sora. Beautiful building, very well decorated with a touch of old and modern. Super spacious apartment. Great pizza, fruit and vegetables small store, a little grocery store and amazing wine place just downstairs. Perfect distance to downtown and amazing mountains all around. We will be staying there next time we are in Sora. Super friendly host.

Our stay at Gufo Verde was absolutely wonderful! Franca and Neri are kind and accommodating, and the apartment is without a doubt one of the cleanest and homiest Airbnbs I've ever stayed. The apartment is in a great location, but the backdrop of the mountains from the balcony is, "the star of the show". I would not hesitate to recommend Franca and Neri's place to anyone!

The apartment, new, is in a very central and pedestrian area of the city on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the surroundings and mountains. Every activity or service can be easily reached on foot. The house is warm, the beds comfortable and the living area has a new kitchen. Very welcoming. Despite being surrounded by shops and nightlife, the nights are quiet. We will certainly be back.

Beautiful new apartment, very centrally located. The suite is in the ZTL zone so you cannot park there; however it was a short 10 minute walk to the central parking lot by the train station (which was also very cheap). Valentina had everything we could need in the apartment - it was well stocked with necessities for cooking as well as condiments in the fridge. We loved her place and highly recommend it! She gave us excellent directions for check-in and was very caring. The location is ideal for exploring Pescasseroli and its surroundings. Sara's apartment was well beyond expectations! Everything is perfectly in order and clean; the differences can also be appreciated in the smallest details such as the supplies in the bathroom and kitchen of products not from discount stores but of excellent quality, first aid kit, essential oils and attached diffuser, wifi. The very bright apartment is located in a quiet area, served by an excellent garage and a large free parking lot in front of the complex. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony that offers the possibility of dining outdoors or simply enjoying a little relaxation. Sara is definitely a very attentive host and always available. I will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Chieti.

This AirBNB was exceptional. It was extremely clean and the host is very responsive and helpful. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The street and building are both quiet. We arrived two hours late because we were so lost and they accommodated that, which we were so thankful for! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, in a well-kept and clean house, equipped with all the essentials, even for breakfast. The host is present, friendly and available. The sea is a few minutes' walk away: you will find a beautiful pine forest in a protected area and equipped beaches (in moderation) next to large areas that are fortunately left free. Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

We were very satisfied with our stay, the proximity to the beach as well as the swimming pool in the residence is an asset. Complimenting the language barrier Lorenzo was very welcoming and it was made available, the point to correct is the noise of the air conditioner both inside and the group outside that disturbed us our sleep.

A super place to chill in the outstandingly beautiful landscape. Paolo was a superb host and the apartment was beautifully cool and clean. We loved the pool and lush gardens. So many places to see nearby. And the multitude of very Italian beaches along the coast.
