WiFi in the apartment and common areas. Smart TV ready for Netflix, Prime Video, etc. Workspace in the room to read or work with your laptop/tablet. The apartment is in excellent condition. Although the condominium is being remodeled due to Hurricane Otis, everything is functional.

DAILY CLEANING, at no extra cost. 150 Megabyte INTERNET, 24-hour security. Parking for one car. The apartment is located on the third floor, the beach is literally a few steps away.
