The subdivision is very quiet, it allows you to rest and the security is excellent, the pool area is super cared for and very large, fun for small and big. The contact was very good because they were pending since our trip and the needs resolved immediately. The house although it was clean, it has some details, it needs to fumigate because cockroaches that are not cooking, but of drainage and still smells a lot of humidity, I recommend ventilating because the time we were there decreased a little with the ventilation, you still see the ravages of the hurricane, I hope they recover soon.

Spectacular place and amazing hostess. Natalia was friendly and helpful and the locations was great. The staff was on top of everything during the whole stay. Will surely come back!

Everything is good, The place is quiet

The house is extremely beautiful with so many spaces to enjoy and the best view in Acapulco, perfect for several couples or big family as each room is independent. But the best is the service, Juan Carlos makes the days so easy and pleasant and the cook did great meals every day!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, as well as quality blankets and towels and without signs of deterioration. Incredible cleanliness, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. We loved the common areas, the children's pool is incredible, and since this is the condominium, it looks like there are very few people in the pool and beach. Gaby is very nice and cordial. 100% return to this apartment.

Ricardo was always on the lookout and the communication was easy and clear. Always available to help. The place is in a very accessible area, easy to find, safe and very close to everything. The beach is located about 10 minutes away and the pool from the ensemble is very good. Highly recommended

The apartment was just as I expected, it is in optimal condition as well as the entire development. Mr. Eduardo was available at all times. Do not hesitate to contact him. The only drawback was with Airbnb, which charged me double and the gentleman was not paid at the right time.

Zu was extremely kind, always attentive to the needs of the guest, the place complied with what the ad indicated and even had a problem where we were going to stay, and they did not solve it, they gave us another apartment even bigger with an excellent view, there are some details that can be improved in the stay but nothing to worry about, my family and I had a great time, I would definitely return to the same place. The stay was pleasant, we believe that cleanliness is important and you have to take care of changing the bed linen. Some furniture and accessory details need to be improved as they have dust.

Very good service, communication too, very flexible to enter and leave, close to the beach and there is Oxxo, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Clean pool, jacuzzi, and in general everything excellent, everyone is very kind. I will definitely return.

My stay was pleasant, it has everything mentioned and the place was tidy and clean upon our arrival, in the cleaning it would give it 5 stars if it was not because the sheets of the large room were dirty and with pet hair from out there everything was clean, it has what you need to cook. There is a little bit of the problem that I had was that being an electric grill with which it is very slow to be able to cook and it is not very viable since we took a long time to have the food ready, to cook small portions as for a couple of people that is fine (keep in mind). The pool is good size and the space is good, it is not allowed to have your pet in the pool area you have to leave it in the depto. there is an oxxo just 40 meters from the entrance and that is great, you can reach the beach walking as it is 2 streets but as the return is up if it is heavy walking and to move it is definitely better to do it by car.

Javier's apartment is perfect for a family vacation, the rooms are very nice and the living room chair too, the beds are comfortable and have air conditioning in case it's very hot, in addition the kitchen, living room and bathroom are perfectly equipped and we could cook or have Silvita cook for us which was delicious and she is a very important part of why this apartment is an incredible option for vacationing, Javier and Silvita were very attentive and kind when asking for recommendations and at all times they made us feel right at home, the roof garden is also very well equipped for you to spend some time in the jacuzzi or in the little room that we used to eat, in general everything was incredible and I would definitely like to rent with Javier again.

The apartment is located in a good area. When we arrived everything was very clean and Romy and Paula were looking out for us the whole time. Both are very sincere. Our experience was very pleasant because we had many amenities within reach of us.

The apartment has an excellent location, the communication with the host is excellent, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The truth is worth staying there, the price was fair with the facilities that are very good and fresh, the pool is very clean and in general everything is very good to have a good end with family or friends.

We really liked it, Cora was always attentive and we had a theme with the application and arrival but she always had the best arrangement and let us leave later the next day. It is very comfortable and I really liked the location, it has air conditioning in the living room and in both bedrooms and that is a 100/10. The hot water takes a while to get out and with little pressure but everything ok and nothing that affects the stay. Yes I would go there again ☺️
