La casa la he construido yo y me quedo con el comentario de algunos de mis clientes -tu has puesto mucho cariño en esta casa. Tenemos un patio interior cubierto, con una cúpula de cristal en la segunda planta, lo que le da mucha luminosidad al interior incluso en días nublados. Tiene un encanto especial las noches de luna cuando su luz ilumina parte del patio, dándole un embrujo especial. Una terraza con vistas al valle donde no nos perdemos ni una puesta de sol, algunas son un espectáculo.

The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
