The residence is in a completely renovated building. It has one bedroom with a king-sized 135cm bed, bathroom, very brightly-lit dining area with a 90cm sofa bed and fully-equipped kitchen. It has three large windows in the main areas, which, being in the corner of the building and facing out to the plaza, get a lot of light; thanks to the Valencian weather, you'll be able to enjoy sunny days for most of the year. Don't worry about a thing, you'll find everything you might need: clean bed sheets and towels, hairdryer, soap, kitchen items, coffee, tea... for you to relax and enjoy your visit in a cozy and quiet apartment located in the historic center of the town, just a few meters away from the Mercado Central (Central Market). It's located at the edge of a quiet plaza next to a very charming pedestrian street, with artisanal basketry and woodwork shops, very lively during the day but very quiet at night. No cars or bars. Plus, thanks to the ideal location in the historic center of town, between the Mercado Central (Central Market) (1 min), Lonja (1 min), and Plaza del Ayuntamiento (1min), it allows you to walk to the main sights in town in less than 5 minutes. Cathedral, Plaza la Reina, Plaza de la Virgen. Also, five minutes away you have the high-speed train station and the subway with a direct connection to the airport. The building has an elevator. The kitchen is equipped with: refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer. Private parking spot available upon request. Malvarrosa beach is 15 minutes away, by subway from the Xátiva and Colon station (5 minutes) to Benimaclet, connecting in the Tranvía. If you wish to visit the City of Arts and Sciences, you can take the bus (15 minutes). Plus, there are several Valenbisi parking lots less than 1 minute away, which enable you to explore the city or reach the Jardines del Real (del Real Garden) or Jardin del Cauce (Cauce Garden) del rio Turia (Turia River), , the Valencia Central Park in less than 5 minutes. The Cauce Garden of old Turia River is a green belt that connects the entire city, where you can spend the entire day walking under the shade of the trees while you visit several monuments until arriving at the City of Arts and Sciences. It's very easy to reach the apartment since the Xátiva Subway stop that connects directly to the Airport and the Train Station is 5 minutes away. I'll be glad to welcome you at any time of the day.
