Villa holiday rentals in Acharavi

A wonderful villa that is highly recommended. Dora and Eirini were perfect hosts. On arrival a thoughtful selection of supplies was provided. These were most appreciated. The villa is spacious and comfortable. All necessary amenities were available including a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside is a proper swimming pool that is very secluded. The terrace has amazing views with plenty of shade. Great for relaxing or dining al fresco. The villa is around 200m above sea level, reached by a narrow road. This was an experience to drive at first, but we soon became used to it. Overall: 10/10

We stayed for a week at the villa and had a wonderful time. The villa is large and spacious with a large living room and kitchen (we were 4 adults and 1 child). The garden is just wonderful with different options for dining or relaxing outside. The kitchen is useful, but old and could do with an upgrade (including new cupboards as they smell a bit mouldy and a dishwasher). The sea is just 50 meters away, and you can easily walk to restaurants (some of which have pools). The beach is not crowded and easily accessible. The beach itself consists of stones, but once you enter the water the sea bottom changes to sand.

We had a great time with friends! A peaceful setting! Close to many restaurants and amenities! Thanks to Alex for his availability! Housekeeping during the stay and pool cleaning We recommend the Tales bar for a drink!

Our stay at Thinalo in Corfu was absolute perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the villa’s stunning sea views, private beach access, and luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The spacious bedrooms, each with their own balcony and bathroom, felt like a dream, while the fully equipped kitchen and seamless indoor-outdoor living made every meal a delight. What truly set Thinalo apart was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond—adjusting our booking when travel delays shortened our trip and ensuring every detail was flawless. Katia, who welcomed us, was warm and professional, even arranging a last-minute boat rental that became the highlight of our trip. Waking up to the sound of waves, enjoying sunset dinners on the terrace, and swimming in the crystal-clear Ionian Sea just steps from our door—every moment felt magical. Thinalo isn’t just a rental; it’s a slice of paradise. We’re already counting down the days until we can return!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Natura. Naim was a brilliant host, he met us at the property on check-in and told us all we needed to know. He was always on the end of the phone if we needed anything. The villa itself is beautiful, just like the photos. Lovely and peaceful with fabulous views, about a 20-minute walk from Acharavi town. The local taxi service was excellent, 10 Euro into town, and arrived within 10 minutes every time. Archaravi beach is 5 minutes walk from the town, and has many beachfront restaurants and bars. Nearby Kassiopi and San stefanos are definitely worth a visit. Overall, we can't recommend Villa Natura and Naim highly enough. We will definitely be back.

It felt like we had stumbled upon a piece of paradise. It dreamlike and the photos don't do it justice. We felt incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to find this villa. Beautifully located to get to the beach but also nicely set back and private. Every single detail of this villa is practically and cleverly thought out. I didn't want to leave. the fruits in the garden, the pool area, everything they did to make our stay as comfortable as possible was really quite astounding, when they came to clean mid week they even left toys out for the children to play with. The villa was beautifully clean and so many different places to relax eat and sit. the beds were comfortable and the linen lovely and all the air con helped make his the best holiday i have had. We would go back as many times as we can if we can. Everything worked nothing was impractical. We were so grateful for the effort that the hosts went to for us.

We had a great time staying at Skales Villa, Alix contacted us the day before so as we had his contact details and was at the villa to welcome us on our arrival. He was very responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for a great holiday. The garden is much bigger than the photos show and there is plenty of seating areas to allow for a change of scene or to sit in the shade at different parts of the day. We enjoyed the bbq area and the pool was super clean and very well maintained. The beach is about 10-15 mins walk away and there are also tavernas at Almyros beach that we walked to, probably about 20-25 mins. We had a car which we were really glad about because the supermarkets in Acharavi woud be a trek especially if you are lugging lots of water and the road is very busy. The road was noisy at times but it didn't detract from our holiday as the villa is set well back off the road. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic villa with an incredible view, everything you need within the villa and a great sized pool. Spiros the owner lives next door and frequently checks in to make sure all is ok and offer advice on transport, restaurants etc. The villa is located at the top of a steep hill which is expected based on the incredible view but something to consider, taxis are easy to get if needed.

The house, grounds & garden, parking, pool are all spectacular. The beds are extremely comfortable. The air conditioning is cold. Bathrooms like the rest of the house are large which is sometimes hard to find in Greece. It is not beachfront to me as there is a road & hotel which separates the house from the beach. The restaurant next to the house was our favorite place to eat. Bus stop is conveniently right in front of the house. Unless you are used to driving in Greece you do not want to drive. $30 euro taxi drive to old town Corfu is what we paid. Vicky the house manager greeted us upon arrival & we had some wine & food we greatly appreciated.

We loved our stay here! The villa was beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. Agni bay is great - a few restaurant options and boat hire from the bay. We didn’t have a car and didn’t miss it - local supermarkets even do delivery. It’s a lovely pleasant 20 minute walk to Kalami bay. Beautiful sunrises over Albania too. Ingrid was very helpful and friendly, and the housekeeping staff were great. (Do bring your mosquito spray!)

It’s hard to articulate how much we loved Federico’s villa. We were 4 couples who went to school together in the 1970s in Australia having a catchup and this was perfect. Kalami is really charming and the villa location is visually spectacular with an abundance of space. It’s a 7 minute walk down the hill to a few taverns, restaurants, cafes & shops. If buying groceries the supermarket can drop you home with the shopping. We hired a boat for the day to visit other villages and had dinner at The Whitehouse where Gerald Durrell lived. The private jetty and tiny beach are fabulous. Federico was a responsive host and the caretaker Nic is friendly & charming. Loved, loved, loved this experience.

This is one of the most beautiful villas that we ever stayed in. The rooms are all spacious and lovely. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and it’s the first time that I’ve stayed in a rental property where the knives were actually sharp so made preparing food a lot easier!

Just got back from a 9 day stay. We had a lovely time and Achilles as host was fantastic. To put it in context, we were a family of 6 with grandparents/parents and grandkids so a villa was a good solution for us. The villa itself is very well appointed and the pictures don’t convey the size of the place, it’s very spacious and private. The facilities are excellent and there’s everything you need there. It was 35-38c when we were there and the air con was effective in the whole place. A little bit about Achilles. The communication prior to the stay was timely and clear. He arranged transfers for us from the airport and helped with everyone we needed for a a young family. We did have some initial issues but Achilles sorted them very very quickly and during the stay was on hand to sort any problem straight away. He was also very helpful with local contacts and ideas trips etc…. thank you Achilles, we appreciate all that you did.

Great villa there was 6 of us for a 40th trip. Every room has its own bathroom which is an amazing bonus. Villa is very clean and comfortable. Pool is amazing. Lots of seating areas and enough loungers by the pool for everyone. Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons you would need. Location is private amazing views up a hill in Nikassi. Beach is 15/20 min walk. Local restaurants terra cofiata was delicious and amazing views. And we had a fab night at the music house 5 min walk. IPsos 10 min cab ride for more busy touristy area. Plus supermarket at bottom of hill not the cheapest but convenient. We stayed for 3 night but if we were staying longer would recommend getting a car. Spyros is an amazing host and organised our transfers to and back to the villa. There was water waiting for us on arrival of the villa much appreciated and also dropped us off wine and apricots. Thank you we had a fabulous stay! Your property is beautiful and very well maintained.

I think our party might have been the first summer booking, so there were one or two teething troubles, but Alex, the host, was on site immediately to rectify. The house, the grounds and the pool were all brilliant, and the location was spot on, a short drive to corfu town and a very short walk to the beach. Its not the cheapest place to stay, but if you use its full 8 person capacity, it is definitely worth the price

A Dream Stay in Corfu – Beyond Expectations! We had the most incredible experience staying at Xenonerantzia! From the moment we booked, our hosts were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Julia and Jorgos, went above and beyond to make our stay special. Not only were they always available for anything we needed, but they even cooked delicious meals for us! It felt like staying with family—but with the privacy and luxury of a 5* villa. All amenities were available for our baby as well from the baby chair to toilets seats .... Speaking of the villa — Simply wow. Xenonerantzia is absolutely stunning. The design, comfort, and attention to detail were increduble. Location is perfect to explore The view. It’s easily one of the best on the island panoramic, peaceful, and unforgettable the scenery is pure magic. If you're looking for a unique and truly memorable stay in Corfu, don’t hesitate—Xenonerantzia is the place. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

A luxurious private villa at the end of the road up on the Hill. You have your privacy far away from the traffic jams. Mind-blowing ocean view and great sunset vibes at the pool.

Lovely villa great peaceful location

Villa Melanthi is magical, it’s even better than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking. Villa itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool is amazing and was in constant use, table tennis was fun too. Outside space is wonderful. The hosts Haitho and Spiros are wonderful and could not be any more helpful, we can’t praise them enough. They really helped make the stay a truly special one including a lovely welcome basket upon arrival. We are a family of 8 (6 adults and two children 13 & 11) the villa was a perfect size for us. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful holiday ☀️😍

Villa Fioraki was a gorgeous spot to spend a few days with friends. The pool and outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and caters for a large group well. The location is slightly remote so make sure you have considered transport options and consider the cost of taxis in your trip planning if not planning to hire a car. Amazing host, very responsive and helpful, would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a Corfu getaway!

We had the most amazing stay in Villa Salvia. I would highly recommend staying here, its worth every dollar. The villa was clean, modern had every amenity you would need. The kitchen had every appliance you would need and had all the pantry items to get you started. Bed's and pillows were very comfy. Rooms are spacious and well lit. It's not too far to walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. The view is spectacular. Having a private swimming pool was a dream. we spent a lot of time on the sun chairs looking out over the bay. Panagiotis was super helpful with check in and recommendations for the area. We hope we get the opportunity to stay here again.

We had the most wonderful week at Villa Penelope. The view was breathtaking and everything was perfect. Marita and Argiris couldn’t have done more for us . They were so kind and the most amazing hosts. They gave us really helpful advice about local restaurants and places of interest. Nothing was too much bother. Villa Penelope was extremely well equipped and beautifully situated. We had an incredible welcome pack and even though our plane was delayed they were at the Villa to welcome us with smiling faces. We can’t thank them enough for making our holiday so perfect and we’re looking forward to returning next year!
