The wooden house, built in 2024, is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Europe, on the largely unspoiled island of Ada Bojana. Built directly on the river, within sight, swimming and walking distance to the sea. The semi-detached house is fully insulated and built and furnished from the most sustainable building materials possible. There are air conditioning, infrared heaters and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with brand-name appliances, so that the house can be comfortably inhabited all year round.

Southern Breeze is a cozy wooden cabin located on Island Ada Bojana. The island is at the delta of the Bojana river where it meets Adriatic sea. The cabin was built with a connection to nature for nature lovers to enjoy an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Relax by the water and enjoy the beautiful scenery Bojana River has to offer. You can spend your days swimming and sunbathing on the lovely terrace (24 m2). Fishing rods available if you would like to catch your own lunch:)

This unique place has a style all its own. Beautiful cabin near Ulcinj and Bar,surrounded by the most beautiful olive trees in the region.The cabin is located on the main road,in a very beautiful and quiet place between green olive trees. Life does not come with instructions on how to live, but it does come with trees, sunsets, smiles and laughter, so you just need to come and to enjoy your day. There's always a sunrise and always a sunset and it's up to you to choose to be there for it.

SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.
