L'appartamento è posto al primo piano di un edificio la cui costruzione risale alla fine del 1400 d.c. Palazzo Tenore Cianci è oggi sottoposto a vincolo della Soprintendenza. Il restauro dell'appartamento ha recuperato una serie di elementi , quali travi e architravi in legno risalenti all'epoca di costruzione. La pavimentazione invece risulta essere in resina di cemento, giusta contrapposizione agli elementi architettonici originali. Lo spazio si disloca attraverso un grande open space nel quale si susseguono living, grande cucina e sala pranzo. Allo stesso livello sono presenti una camera da letto matrimoniale con balcone su Via San Gregorio Armeno, due bagni e la lavanderia. Al piano superiore, al quale si accede tramite una comoda scala si trovano altre due stanze da letto matrimoniali, di cui una provvista di letto alla francese (140x200). Entrambe si affacciano sul grande open space. Il Concrete Apartament è dotato di Wifi ultra veloce, televisore Sony led 50'' con libero accesso a Netflix. Inoltre è presente una lavastoviglie, lavatrice e forno sia a microonde sia elettrico. La cucina, con grande isola centrale in resina di cemento, è dotata di tutti i comfort. Dall'aeroporto di Capodichino parte ogni 25 minuti una navetta Alibus che ferma alla stazione dei treni di Piazza Garibaldi. Da qui si può raggiungere a piedi in 15 minuti l'appartamento, oppure si può prendere la linea 1 della metropolitana e scendere alla fermata Università che dista circa 10 minuti a piedi (la fermata Duomo è in fase di completamento). A circa 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la stazione della Circumvesuviana dalla quale partono i treni per i siti archeologici di Pompei ed Ercolano. A circa 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il porto da cui partono i traghetti e gli aliscafi per le isole di Ischia, Capri e Procida.
