This cozy guest suite (200 sq. ft.) attached to our house with separate entrance. Complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. You will be close to downtown, BSU, airport and the freeway with plenty of free parking. This house was built in 1935 and comes with charm and unique features from that time. Located in a quiet small street, it’s kids and pet friendly. As a duplex, there is a unit downstairs that may created some noise when occupied, you will have private access to the top half of the house with a big master, small living room with a hidden queen bed for extra guests, full laundry and a dry kitchenette.
