Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Besides relaxing in a newly constructed apartment, adventure awaits outdoors. It is centrally located in 1000 springs area of Hagerman. It is on the Snake River with river access and a dock for your watercraft. Kayaking to Blue Heart underwater springs or around the nature preserve of Ritter Island in less than an hour away. Bass fishing on private ponds is available. Fall through spring is spectacular for bird watching including eagles

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

Unwind in a queen-sized bed, prepare meals in the granite kitchenette, and indulge in a custom shower with a heated toilet seat and bidet. Enjoy other modern amenities like high-speed WiFi and AC. Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in.

A three bed, two bath home in CDA's Fairway Meadows, sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 10 with extra beds and couches. The upstairs primary suite has a king and a private bath. One queen room downstairs, third room with two twin XL beds, and a downstairs game room loaded with board games, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 2, karaoke, and a movie library. 5 minutes to the Centennial Trail, 15 to downtown CDA, 35 to Spokane International airport.

Secluded Mountain Yurt with Power & Starlink

Surrounded by nearly 45 acres of secluded mountain forest a mile above the South Fork of the Payette River between Banks and Crouch, this private yurt offers true off-grid living with modern comforts. Enjoy electricity, Starlink internet, a mini-split for heat and AC, wood stove, propane cook stove and grill. Close to hot springs, hiking and river fun. Not for everyone. No running water, we provide fresh water and a clean porta-potty.

This is truly a gem! Relax to the peaceful creek and enjoy the cabin’s unique rustic woodwork inside and out. A short, easy trail leads to the creek, and an alpine lake is less than an hour’s hike. The property borders Kaniksu National Forest and the proposed Scotchman Peaks Wilderness. In winter, the cabin is decorated for Christmas—come enjoy the snow and cozy mountain quiet. Love nature?
