An excellent brand new apartment situated in the Block 45, dubbed the “Sunny Block” in New Belgrade. The view from the 9th floor is incredible. Communist-era architects and urban planners built New Belgrade in a brutal, exacting and autocratically monumental. It’s suitable for couples, small families, solo adventurers and business travelers. Just a walk away you can find the green corridor "Lazaro Cardenas" and the promenade along the Sava River with lots of night clubs and restaurants. Welcome!
