The apartment is located in a beautiful area. On one side is the National Football Stadium and the Ondrej Nepela Arena, and on the other side is Lake Kuchajda. The city center is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. There is free parking for one car in the building. Two large shopping centers are a 5-minute walk away - Vivo and Central. On the ground floor, facing the street, there is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There are also three restaurants - a sushi bar, a steak house and an Italian restaurant.
