Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Adair County

This was perfect for five ladies to enjoy peace and quiet and a pool. We drove 5.5 hours to enjoy Ralph's place. The pool was fantastic and the house had all the amenities we needed. We would gladly recommend Ralph as a host and this property!

Highly recommend. Very clean and comfortable. Met our needs exactly. Beckie was very responsive as well as proactive in checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Close enough to square for dining.

My husband and son ended up making the trip. They were incredibly happy with the house and all the amenities. Clean, tastefully decorated, and a warm homey vibe. The hosts were gracious and incredibly helpful. Despite record rainfall, we had a great time visiting historic and natural sites in the area. We are looking forward to returning to Misty Bottoms in the future. Highly recommended!

This charming farmhouse is beautifully set up in a peaceful area. It’s cozy and relaxing with everything you need for a great stay. This was our second visit here and we will be returning again. It’s a lovely place with a great host!

Gransplace made us feel welcomed from the moment we stepped onto the front porch. The family memorabilia and photos was an added benefit! We would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Fantastic home! A playroom for youngsters and one for teens/adults. Fire pit in spacious backyard. Wonderfully furnished with everything needed or desired, including snacks! Four bedrooms gave everybody their own space. Comfortable Living Room for visiting (we held our church service there). Just far enough from town to be convenient but “away”. Watch for deer on roads at dusk! One item to be aware of is the three staircases are somewhat steep. Fine for us but impossible for my elderly parents or persons with mobility issues. Our reunion was at a different location, so not a problem for my family. Finding this home was excellent for my three families to be able to spread out, let kids play, and everybody enjoy visiting while playing a game of pool. No scents or candles in the home for those sensitive. For three families, this home was less expensive than staying in a sterile hotel. Overall, FIVE stars and great stay!

Weldonna and her co-host Alisha was very responsive and helpful. There were cleaning supplies provided for the dishwasher and laundry, which were personally replenished by Alisha in a pinch prior to checking out. Alisha was very personable and friendly! Both hosts provided excellent recommendations for dining and sight-seeing, especially historical spots. The house had a nice layout and was really clean. We will definitely book again!

My second stay with Jenelle. Great place, great location. Recommended!

We mainly were in the area for an unfortunate reason (a funeral). Even though it rained every day, we were grateful to stay at this lovely property and be present for our friends. The rainfall did not dampen our spirits or prevent us from enjoying the area. The hospitality and amenities here made our stay comfortable. We will cherish the quality time spent with our friends during this difficult period. Although the circumstances were sad, the memories made will stay with us forever.

You have to come. The bathtub is bigger than you think it is. Our honeymoon started extremely good in the apartment!!

We were there for one night as we were picking up a new puppy from a breeder. Everything was perfect with the location for us as it was 20 minutes to the farm. Quiet location and very peaceful at night. When the sun went down we weren't bothered by bugs either which was surprising. The other cabins in the simi-circle all stayed to themselves. The cabin was perfect for what we needed.

We really enjoyed the stay at A Frame of Mind. This cottage with nice amenities is nestled in a very natural setting with large 100+ year old Oak trees. The view off the back deck into the woods is great as the sun rises in the morning. We were here in late May but the view is probably really special when the leaves are turning in the fall or even when they are gone over winter. We walked down to the boat ramp in the neighborhood and my sons loved taking photos of this peaceful cove of Lake Cumberland. On a boat we were literally 5 mins to Jamestown and State Dock marinas. All in all this was a great place in a great location. The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. 5 stars all around!

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved every one! This cabin is such a cozy and comfortable spot to spend a vacation. Everything was very clean and organized. Blaire was extremely helpful and responsive

The cabin was very peaceful and the area was very nice.

They were kind, responsive, thorough with instructions and responded to issues and needs. The sofa bed was hard, but even with 8 guests and one bathroom, we were able to still have a cozy, good experience. Thankful for the outside play area for our children, and we were close to our events and available stores. Overall, it was a good cabin experience.

Cabin 7 was PERFECT. Clean, cozy, and impeccably decorated. The location was perfect for a quiet intimate evening and for spending time on the porch with morning coffee and enjoying the birds chirping away. Conveniently short 10-minute drive into town for dining out and quick access to highways to explore parks in the area or even the Bourbon Trail. If we ever vacation in the area again, we will definitely look into booking another stay.

Nice and peaceful but not far from town. Owner was very responsive to questions during my stay. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. Highly recommend!
