Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Adams County

We really loved the home. Irina was great to communicate with and very responsive. Loved the coffee options and the attention to details, from the folding of towels to arranging the glasses and dishes perfectly in the cabinets. Our main issue was the fluctuation with the AC in the house. Upstairs (where the majority of the bedrooms are located) remained hot while the basement was freezing. Fans were provided and we opened the windows but it was still very warm upstairs. They have a smart thermostat on the home so I’m sure they have done everything they can to adjust the issue, but for some, including my husband if he had been with us, this would have been an even bigger issue.

Connie is an amazing host!! Realized that we flew in super early with a toddler, she made sure everything was ready for us with a super early check in. She thought of everything you could need with kids, there was a toddler potty, toys, she provided a nice goody bag for him and some snacks, which was nice after a long flight. Offered us a free zoo visit. She even sat out some slides and play sets for my son. She checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Meet her husband and he was super nice. Honestly didn’t even know they were home the whole trip. The beds were super comfy, the house was super clean with everything you could need. We grew up in the area and picked this because of the central location, we will def book again next time we’re back.

Bianca’s place is a newer build and very nice. Bonus if you like the color pink.

Glad we chose the place to stay because everything is not too far for what we wanted to go do and explore! Would recommend to others who come visit Denver as well!!

Nice little space, well kept and vey clean. Thought it was going to be closer to the restaurants on Tennyson street, couldn’t walk there. Guess that was my fault for not researching the location. Overall very happy with the space.

Fantastic place!!! Right across the street from Dick's Sporting Goods Park. Easy to just walk across the street. Had all the amenities you could ask for. Chris was an amazing host!! Let us know there would be a firework show on the 2nd night. Altered our plans and it did not disappoint. Very spacious. Top Airbnb I've every stayed at. Can't wait to come back.

Paula is awesome!! Incredibly friendly and accommodating. Very quick to respond. Her teddy bear lab named Charlie is the sweetest big pup. We had absolutely everything we needed and more to be comfortable in the space. If you are in the Denver area, Paula will take great care of ya

One of the best stays I have had in an Airbnb. The place itself was above expectations. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. We were able to walk to the Coors Stadium for a Rockies game. We felt safe, and right at home. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Just to clarify, this is a two bedroom three bath, with a loft upstairs that has two beds. We assumed it was a three or four bedroom. Still plenty of room to accommodate. You won’t regret staying here!

Julie is a great host! She had the place ready well before check-in. She communicated promptly and the location was fantastic. Easy to get around, close to downtown, walkable to restaurants!

I loved my stay at Erica's & Brianna's. They were very responsive to my needs and requests for recommendations. The location is walkable to a little grocery store, some restaurants and cafés, etc. The apartment was just as listed and had some thoughtful touches (sunscreen in the bathroom, hand lotion by the sink). I used the kitchen a lot and thought it was perfect for a short stay. This is a basement apartment as listing says, so be prepared to go down a short set of stairs to get to the space, however there are some windows to help with the basement feel. Overall, excellent stay for a great price. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the RiNO area!

Stayed for a few nights and everything about this space was absolutely perfect. Super clean, private patio, had everything you could possibly need and snacks. We loved that there are two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The hosts were so accommodating and kind!! Highly recommend!

We booked this bnb after reading the listings and reviews and deciding it was what we were looking for. It sure didn't disappoint! This apartment was a perfect launchpad for a week of excursions into the delightful city of Denver, the awesome Colorado mountains, and a few small towns (car rental from the airport). But we also enjoyed staying in because it felt like home but away from home. By the time we left, we felt rested and re-energized. We're grateful to the hosts for their kind hospitality and thoughtfulness. This is a gem!

Really enjoyed the accommodations. Perfect size for a couple and felt very comfortable. Dave was the best. Gave suggestions like the jazz concert in the park and of course Edward The Lovable pup! We could not believe that we only had to walk two houses up to the crossover to City Park and museum. My wife and I enjoyed walking around the Park and looking at the fountains with the mountains in the background. Absolutely gorgeous. Was also very happy that Sprouts Farmers Market was down the street just a short and enjoyable walk . Very awesome place that I can't wait to hopefully come back next year!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay and would highly recommend to others! Having a pack and play and high chair was really convenient. Location was central to everything we wanted to do in Denver - just a couple minutes drive to Zoo and the Botanic Gardens. Good Pho restaurant and coffee shop on the block. Neighborhood was nice and felt safe.

The location of David's condo was amazing! Had a great view of Union Station and it was really central to great restaurants and bars. Checking in was also a breeze because of how well David communicated! Would definitely recommend this place to friends.
