Great place to stay in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars a short walk away. Place is nice — good kitchen; cozy bed. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Denver.

Chelsea was very quick with responses when we needed to arrival a little later. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed our stay! Convient location

Great place! Squeaky clean .. quiet, great neighborhood with great restaurants and shops within walking distance, great access to downtown Denver, Rocky Mountain national Park, and all the other beautiful areas of Colorado.. you won’t be disappointed ! The host was very accommodating and very responsive.

Enjoyed our stay here. Nice neighborhood, Eloise was very friendly and helpful, and the space was perfect for us - having the backyard was especially nice to hang out in. We really appreciated the amenities Eloise provided. Would stay here again!

We were in town for family gathering. This was dog friendly place to stay with new clean bath and kitchen. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the place, but was very comfortable, great WiFi, huge TV. We stayed 9 nights, just wish there was a closet for suitcases, hanging clothes. Thank you Charlie.

We really loved the home. Irina was great to communicate with and very responsive. Loved the coffee options and the attention to details, from the folding of towels to arranging the glasses and dishes perfectly in the cabinets. Our main issue was the fluctuation with the AC in the house. Upstairs (where the majority of the bedrooms are located) remained hot while the basement was freezing. Fans were provided and we opened the windows but it was still very warm upstairs. They have a smart thermostat on the home so I’m sure they have done everything they can to adjust the issue, but for some, including my husband if he had been with us, this would have been an even bigger issue.

I would highly recommend this to anyone. The house has everything you need and really spacious. Beautiful House!!

This was the perfect stay for our night before leaving Denver! Close the the airport, quiet, comfortable, and easy check-in. We arrived late in the evening and the instructions were very easy to follow.

Nice little space, well kept and vey clean. Thought it was going to be closer to the restaurants on Tennyson street, couldn’t walk there. Guess that was my fault for not researching the location. Overall very happy with the space.

Shaina was great and the house was perfect! Shaina was always very responsive and helpful. We went down for a show at Mission Ballroom and the location was a quick and easy Uber ride to the venue. The house was great for our group size with a great outdoor space. Highly recommend!!

We (a group of 5) stayed only for about 16 hours as we needed a place to stay while traveling. The house was very quiet, clean, and relaxing. It still has a new house feeling. If you were traveling to DIA, I would highly recommend this place over the overpriced hotels south on Tower Road. Be sure to check this property out!

Nubia’s place was the cleanest place I’ve stayed. I walked in and smelled how clean it was: everything is new and she had all the amenities we needed for the overnight. Highly recommended. Nubia was very welcoming and friendly.

This is such a beautiful cozy accommodations. Exactly as pictured! Super quiet, clean, great air conditioning. The bed was super comfy. Cozy linens. Super easy to access, great walkable location. Y'all, I have never stayed in an Airbnb that has this many amenities. If you needed it, it is there. There was every type of milk you could want left in bottles in the fridge for us to use and condiments for guest use. We were not there very long, but we spent every minute we could on the patio, what a gem! The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the towels were soft. Many people were out walking in the neighborhood and we felt very safe. I read nearly every review before I book an Airbnb, if that is you too, don't hesitate to book this place, you will love it!

This place was exactly what we needed for our Denver trip. The space was clean and well-maintained. Everything was as described and the host provided many useful recommendations for restaurants and other activities in the area.

Great little place! A close drive to everything. Very clean. Finding parking was easy. Had everything we needed!

Dani was a joy to deal with. Had minor trouble getting in the building but Dani was very responsive and helped us get in quickly. She also allowed early check in for a small fee and was very helpful. Dani’s place doesn’t the match the building it’s attached to AT ALL. At first we were off put by the smell of the building, but when you enter Dani’s unit it feels like an oasis. Very tidy, everything labeled in a useful way. My fiancée and I enjoyed it immensely. Plenty of parking and very cozy. Would recommend 5/5.
