Dear Guest, You are welcome to our comfortable and spacious apartment of 120 sq.m. The house is located in the center of the city, near the sea (5 minutes walk to the dolphinarium and to the sea-side). Restaurants, cafes and the 24/7 shop are near. There is a wonderful park with a lake near the house. The house has a living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 balkony and a bathroom. It is good for family, friends and business travelers. Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

A large terrace features a striped swing set, overlooking the cityscape of Batumi. The view includes various buildings and a clear blue sky, creating an inviting outdoor space for relaxation.

Также в этом году я сделал натуральное вино, пару бутылочек от меня в подарок гостю :). Я могу встретить гостя в аэропорте в Батуми и Помочь в любом вопросе. У меня также есть машина (джип), на котором магу организовать экскурсии в горную Аджарии. А также магу встретить вас в аэропортах Кутаиси.
