The apartment is comfortable and nice, and it’s perfectly suitable for two adults with kids. We had everything we needed and enjoyed a very pleasant stay. We even extended our stay because we felt so comfortable

We have enjoyed our stay very much. Elvin was super friendly and helpful, and the room is beautiful and well equiped. The indoors pool and table tennis are super cool All in all totally worth it :)

Had a great weekend! Half an hour from Batumi, next to the river, around the picturesque mountains! There is a grill, for an additional fee there is a sauna and a swimming pool in the summer (not yet in season). The house is cozy, warm, in perfect condition, has everything you need.

Cool new studio! Everything is fresh, clean, the bed is comfortable. 5 minutes to the sea, a gorgeous sunset view from the balcony. The house has a swimming pool and a gym for an extra fee. The hostess Alisa was always in touch, suggested where to go and where to eat. I really liked it, I will come back again!

quite clear check-in instructions. hosts respond quickly and try to fulfill your requests during the stay. pleasant communication, will always tell you how to find something or get to, for example,to the botanical garden. also accommodated and checked in early for a couple of hours. what belongs to the hotel as a whole it is actively expanding and there are already several entrances to the complex on maps. so you can get confused when ordering a taxi and checking in. also outside the beach season, most of the entertainment is unavailable. and the CLEANING of the ROOMS is apparently also. so it would be good to know this in advance

My wife and I rented Temur's flat for about 2 months and we were both very satisfied with our decision. First off, the interior of the flat is expertly built and the quality is very high, including the appliances. The flat is large and fit for entertaining guests with all the stylish furniture, plates, and cups Temur has in place. There was one previous review that mentioned an issue with slow internet. This issue has been addressed and the speed is very good now. During our long stay we only had one maintenance issue which unfortunately happened late and night, around 11pm. Temur immediately responded and came to fix the issue himself. Temur was very responsive to any questions or issues we had throughout the stay. He also works nearby so that is an added benefit. The location is great. The building itself was kept very clean and in good order. Overall our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend staying with Temur.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a great location. One of the absolute highlights was the stunning view. Mayya was very welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. She also helped us out with a umbrella and seight seeing suggestions for the rainy days. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I can definitely recommend to stay at Egle’s place. The location is very good, near to the beach and restaurants. Egle was very nice and helpful.

The apartment is very comfortable and perfectly located near the beach. A stylish and functional kitchen that is nice to cook, a comfortable bedroom and a lovely bed with a chic mattress. The cherry on the cake is a terrace and breathtaking views of Batumi and the sea from the 27th floor. Maya (the hostess of the apartment) quickly responded to all questions and requests, thanks to which the rest in Batumi was as calm and comfortable as possible. Will definitely be back!

I recommend staying in this house. The house is clean, beautiful, there is everything you need for a living. It's easy to get to Batumi. Very nice view from the terrace. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality. And what a domestic wine😍.
