The apartment is located on a third floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. DO not RENT TO UNDER 30 YEARS OLD, except prior communication and acceptance with the owner. -The apartment is about 45 square meters, divided into an entrance, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. It faces south and overlooks the ski slopes, which gives it great warmth and brightness. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay (Wi-Fi, washing machine, centralized and programmed heating, etc.). The entrance is autonomous through access codes. The price includes bed linens, towels (two per person), comforters and basic products. -Entrance: a closet for coats, ski area, 70-liter electric water heater, cleaning products, iron and ironing board. --The bathroom has: 90 cm shower tray, washer-dryer, folding clotheslines, ski boot cabinet, first aid kit, bath gel, shampoo and hair dryer. -Living room: It has a 5-meter window overlooking the ski slopes and faces south, so it is very sunny. There is a 130-cm sofa bed (memory foam mattress) and two 90-cm folding beds (pillows of different firmness are provided), two armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, a small table, a smart TV, games, and books. There is a small code safe that you will program. -The kitchen has: dishes, kitchenware, induction cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, blender, filter coffee maker, and an Italian coffee maker, basic items (coffee, sugar, vinegar, salt, teas, etc.). -The heating is centralized and programmed. You will be connected before your arrival for greater comfort. In the living room there are two 1500W and 1200W radiators and in the toilet another 350W. -The apartment is rented in full, for the exclusive use of guests. - The Parador I chairlift stop is located in front of the building. At this stop you can buy the ski pass or pick up the one you booked online. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. - In the same building, on the fourth floor, I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests, but we allow a maximum of four at the same price (in that case, please let us know so we can prepare it for four guests). - No PETS permitted. - No PARTIES or annoying noises are allowed for neighbors. - Failure to comply with these sections will be grounds for cancellation of the contract. -We are registered as a Tourist Use Property with the Junta de Andalucía. Therefore, we are required to request a record of travelers, which is sent to the police website. - Please DO not SMOKE in the apartment or with the windows open, nor on the staircase of the building. If they smoke, the smell of tobacco remains in the house and we will need a special cleaning and airing the floor for hours, so we will lose heat in the house. If you smoke, we will notify AIRBNB so that it can take the appropriate measures and request compensation of €75 for the problems caused.

A 2500 square meter plot. There are no houses around for 400 meters. It is elevated on an old threshing floor, from which wheat was extracted by a threshing machine pulled by a horse or mule that caused the grain to separate from the wheat plant.
