Holiday rentals with a balcony in Adriatic Sea

Josips place was great! The apartment was safe and comfortable. The terrace with the hot tub was great for evenings relaxing and taking in the views. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

The apartment was perfect. It was nicely furnished, clean, and stocked with everything you need. It was also very roomy. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. We especially loved the balconies. Alberto was very helpful and accommodating. It was convenient to be able to walk to Vatican. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an incredible 6 night stay at this apartment in Trogir. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Old Town, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment felt very private and homey. It truly gave us the feeling of living like a local. Breakfast or drinks on the roof deck with the view of the harbor is really special. We especially appreciated having a washing machine and a full kitchen, which made our stay even more comfortable. The surrounding area has plenty of options for meals, and we found some exceptional coffee spot nearby (Agape Coffee). Tonko, the host, was exceptional in his communication and flexible with our arrival time, making the check-in process smooth and easy. We loved this place so much that we booked it again for after our sailing trip. If you’re looking for a cozy, private spot in Trogir that feels like home, we highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at this apartment was amazing. It is in the perfect location. Walking distance to all the major attractions. The apartment was very clean and the perfect size. We loved the balcony area the most. It was so nice to be able to sit on the balcony and relax after a day of touring the city. Andreas was extremely responsive and a fabulous host. Our stay at this place was worth of the money. The house is spacious, equipped with everything, 3.5 km from airport, has a very nice view from the windows. The host is very nice and coorporative. The checkin was very convenient. It is a nice place with everything available at a walking distance. The host even guided us about the rent a car companies and locations. It was a really nice stay there and made our trip memorable.

Great sized space decently close to Roma Termini. She also gives very clear instructions in the listing about how to commute. She was super responsive and helpful, especially while giving us updates while there was an area wide internet outage. The space was comfortable and a great place to recoup after adventuring about the city. We were only there for a few nights but really enjoyed our stay.

It’s like something out of a dream! Every corner of the space had a special charm that made our stay feel magical and unforgettable. One of the highlights of our trip was the morning we were checking out. Our host stopped by and made us all delicious cappuccinos, and we sat together in the kitchen chatting like old friends. It was such a warm and personal touch that really made our stay memorable. The hospitality and the beautiful atmosphere were truly unmatched, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

We have had a great time in Tuliševica. The property has a wonderful panoramic view, it is above Lovran. We have spent there a week with our friends and their families. We have enjoyed a lot the panoramic barbecue place and the lovely cooling pool there, as well. Hopefully we get back soon there again!

Staying in Christina’s space was the best part of our visit to Venice! Quiet, beautiful, local neighborhood. Easy to access all the main parts of the ancient city, while providing a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. Clean, stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!!!

One of the best place we have ever stayed

This place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at. The place was everything and way way more. The housekeeper was fantastic and she would come everyday to stock up coffee, make the beds and just daily cleaning. Antonino was amazing with responding if we had any questions. We are already are planning our next trip to stay here.

We loved staying here! The setting is breathtaking and the place is beautiful. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Waking up to the view of the vineyards was very special! We were comfortable and relaxed in this spacious accommodation.

The most beautiful Italian Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The renovation and furnishings are stunning, just like the photos. We felt very welcome in Parabita with the elderly locals who live next door chatting to us each day. The town is away from the tourist chaos so makes a perfect base to explore the nearby villages and beaches, but retreat back when you want. Thank you Letizia and Giorgia for a wonderful stay and for being great hosts.

Here’s review: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Rome. The apartment was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a lovely escape from the busy city center. It was walking distance to all of the major tourist sights like trevi fountain and pantheon. It was about a 20/30 min taxi to Vatican. The space had everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and ready with great recommendations. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely recommend.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

Roberta’s apartment was excellent in every way. To start, she was the perfect host - communicative and helpful from the time we booked through check out. The space was even better than the photos. It was quiet, extremely clean, and had so many lovely touches. The location was convenient to the Colosseum, a taxi stand, and a 24 hour market right across the street. All in all, a great stay and we hope to be back.

Stayed here for the month of May. Great location - very close to metro and bus. But only about a 25 minute walk to tourist areas. Alessandra is a very responsive host- she allowed me to check in a few hours earlier which was great. The apartment was very clean and was just as it appears in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

Marco’s place in Hvar was my absolute favorite stay during our trip to Croatia! His home is beautiful, in a fantastic location, and offers stunning views. Beyond the lovely accommodations, Marco went above and beyond—he introduced me to some amazing skincare products from his local shop. I had developed a skin irritation from too much sun, and the cream he recommended worked wonders. This place is definitely on our return list—I will be back!

Great apartment with a beautiful view! Popular destinations are within easy walking distance, as well as supermarkets and a shopping center. We had a great time in Kotor at this apartment.
