We loved our stay in this beach house by the sea. Allesandro had made it very comfortable and provided so many extra treats. It was so quiet, relaxing and calm with great restaurants nearby and many beautiful places to visit.

Lovely, peaceful, spacious place with a kind and generous host in Simone. He met us as we arrived and used his wagon to help move our luggage into the cottage. Big rooms, lots of space, many handy supplies in the kitchen. Good shower, comfortable bed. Enough bench space in the bathroom to put your things. Simone was really helpful with local recommendations for restaurants and where to park the car. One day he made a delicious tart and bought us in half. Would recommend staying at his place.

This was the perfect base for my young family of four- close enough to drive into Ostuni, Cisternino, and all of Puglia's small towns but also in a private location of its own, far away from the tourist crowds. We were able to join the fray but also detach at the end of the day and enjoy quiet afternoons and evenings at Marilla's beautiful place. Maria was very responsive and helped me with little extras that made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. It was like having a local contact, thank you very much!

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). I had a wonderful stay at this house. It’s located in a quiet countryside setting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of the stay was definitely the jacuzzi and sauna, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The house itself is clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great amenities, this place is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Manuela. C'est une personne très accueillante qui reçoit dans son endroit paisible et bourré de charme. Le lieu est représentatif de ce que doit être une location Airbnb c'est à dire accueil, petites attentions qui facilitent l'arrivée, présence quotidienne et maison personnalisée, authentique. Manuella communique très bien en français : échanges constructifs. Toujours de bons conseils, Manuela sait aussi se faire discrète dans ce logement où les maisons sont collées et partagent des espaces en commun. L’emplacement est quant à lui idéale pour visiter en voiture Matera et la côte près de Bari. Nous recommande à 100% Manuela

Le logement était propre a l'intérieur et la vue est superbe sur la mer et les montagnes . L'emplacement ne pouvait être mieux situer. a deux minutes a pied de commerce et restaurent et le village de Sant'Agata est très jolie avec plusieurs bon restaurant et pas de pas de tourisme de masse. Je recommande ce logement.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen – noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Ruhige, private Lage mit idyllischer Umgebung, dennoch sind alle wichtigen Orte schnell erreichbar. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und würden sofort wieder kommen.

Völlig autark und total einsam gelegen. Die Lsge ist einmalig, man hört und sieht nur: gelegentlich Radfahrer, und jeweils früh und abends werden die Schafe vorbei getrieben. Viele Schnettwrlinge, Vögel, Eidechsen und Schlangen. Die Unterkunft is total herzig eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen! Unser Hund hatte das Paradies dort. Schöner Blick auf das Meer.

We arrived in the morning and were able to check in right away, the location was amazing. Everything in very good condition and equipped very well - from knives to dishwasher tabs to bandaids, we didn’t miss a thing. We especially enjoyed our terrace with the olive tree in the center and the ocean not farther than 5 meters away. Morning swims, breakfast with ocean view, sunbathing, mali and veli can be reached by foot,… we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to thank mario again for the amazing service 🙌🏼

Das Cottage entspricht zu 100% den gemachten Angaben und Fotos. Ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort, wenn man nicht inmitten des Treibens von z. B. Zadar sein möchte. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sanja hat uns als Gastgeberin persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Küche hat eigentlich alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Waschmaschine sowie Bügeleisen sorgen dafür, dass man auch zwischendurch mal etwas reinigen kann. Durch das eingezäunte Grundstück super mit Hund, da er sich frei bewegen konnte. Betten sehr bequem, Pool auch von der Größe her absolut ausreichend. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass man hier immer ein Auto braucht, um einzukaufen oder auswärts essen zu gehen. Die Altstadt von Zadar ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und absolut sehenswert. Gute Restaurants, sehr freundliche und tierliebe Menschen. Generell sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu zweit für 10 Tage in dem Cottage. Es ist sehr gemütlich, perfekt für ein Paar. Milos hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Es ist ideal, wenn man es ruhig und abgelegen haben will. Wir waren jeden Tag wandern, für 10 Tage gibt es genug Routen in der Umgebung, wenn man auch mit dem Auto etwas herausfahren will. Man fährt ca. eine Stunde bis zur Hauptstadt und zum Supermarkt - also genug Essensvorrat mitnehmen. Es gibt gutes WLAN und Mobilfunk hatten wir gutes 4G. Durch Bauarbeiten an den Stromleitungen waren in dem Dorf fast täglich längere Stromausfälle, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts. Man kann sich aber einrichten, und notfalls mit dem Kamin kochen (der hat auch eine Backröhre). Es war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Randwanderweg TT4 ist von Podgorica bis zum Dorf Korita als Straße ausgebaut, ab dem Dorf geht der Radwanderweg als Schotterweg weiter (nicht für Autos geeignet, aber für Fahrräder und zum wandern). Gerne wieder!

sehr schöne und idyllische Unterkunft in Fussdistanz zum Meer, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Als Highlight natürlich der Pool mit Meersicht!

Dieses Haus mit dem umliegenden Garten, eingebettet in eine traumhafte Landschaft, ist ein absolutets Paradies. Der Garten ist riesengross, wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und wir haben täglich direkt vom Haus aus Wanderausflüge und Biketouren unternommen. Die Ruhe ist unglaublich, man hört meistens nur Vögel und wenn es eindunkelt die Nachtigall. Auch das Haus selber lässt keine Wünsche offen. Äusserst sauber, inkl. in den Schränken und Schubladen. Es ist alles da was man braucht, aber (trotz sehr geschmackvoller Dekoration) nicht überstellt. Einfach genau richtig und alles sehr hochwertig. Superbequemes Bett & Sofa und wunderschönes Badezimmer. Veronica ist eine herausragende Gastgeberin und ihre Mutter (welche uns empfangen hat) sehr symphatisch. Wir bekamen Geschenke direkt aus dem Garten und Veronica ist reaktionsschnell und äusserst zuvorkommend in der Kommunikation. Man merkt vom Anfang bis zum Schluss, wie viel Liebe in diesem Haus steckt.

Traumhafte Auszeit inmitten der Weinberge und Natur mit grandiosem Ausblick!Die grüne Oase Sloweniens. Wir hatten das Vergnügen, einige Tage in dieser gemütlichen Ferienhütte auf einem Weinberg zu verbringen, und es war einfach schön.Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von einem grandiosen Ausblick empfangen.Sekt & Schokolade stand für uns bereit. Die Hütte selbst ist gemütlich, durchdacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herzblut alles selbst gebaut und gestaltet wurde. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Terrasse mit dem Whirlpool und der Sauna, von dem aus man die atemberaubende Landschaft in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Hier konnten wir perfekt entspannen und den Alltag hinter uns lassen. Für gemütliche Abende gab es zudem eine Grillecke und eine Feuerschale.Wir möchten uns recht herzlich bei Matej für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken.Matej brachte uns Wein & Holz.Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit zu zweit mit Hund.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Haus abseits großer Strassen. Liebevoll eingerichtet, alles fühlt noch neu an. Es ist sehr ruhig im und um das Haus herum und man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke Mate

Our family’s stay at Žarko’s place in Rudina was incredible. We felt right at home during our two week stay. The town of Rudina is quaint and lovely and we felt very welcomed by the locals. With Stari Grad just a short drive down the hill, it was very easy to get to the market, bakery, or restaurants when desired while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the hills outside of town. Our children enjoyed many days and evenings playing in the beautiful gardens. Žarko and his family are lovely hosts and we will surely come back to visit again someday.

We had wonderful 4 nights in Ivica‘s little house. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures, uphill Tucepi in a quiet area. Everything that is needed was there, even with a great bbq grill. The 100 years old house was renovated with lots of love, and the rooms were super clean and had just about the right size. All in all the rooms were perfect and we had no concerns whatsoever even with two small kids! Ivica and his wife Nicolina were super helpful and friendly, giving us all the necessary recommendations we needed. Luckily we didn’t have any problems and issues, so our communication was before checkin during checkin and at check out - as it should be. All in all I would recommend the apartment to anybody, even with small children. We will definitely consider to come back and look forward to meet Ivica and Nikolina again!

Ein wunderbarer Ort für Familien oder Paare, die Frieden und Natur suchen! Das Cottage liegt idyllisch am Wasser, mit eigenem Parkplatz – sehr praktisch. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, stilvoll und top gepflegt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist der herzliche Empfang und die Gastfreundschaft des Hosts, der uns richtig willkommen hat. Wir konnten herrlich abschalten und die Umgebung erkunden. Jederzeit gern wieder – ein echter Geheimtipp! 🌿🏡

Wir haben zehn wunderbare Tage in Miriams Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig funktional eingerichtet. Das schönste ist der Platz am Fenster mit dem traumhaften Blick auf die Küste und das Meer. Der Garten ist auch sehr angenehm. Conca ist ein sehr schöner und - zumindest Anfang Oktober - ein ruhiger Ort. Im Gegensatz zu Hotspots wie Amalfi und Positano wirkt es nur wenig touristisch. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und tolle Wanderungen gemacht. Der kleine Supermarkt im Ort bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Und die Pizza Buffala im Restaurant "Le Bonta del Capo" ist die Beste, die wir je gegessen haben. Der Weg runter zum täglichen Schwimmen ist in den ersten Tagen wegen der gefühlt 1000 Stufen noch etwas mühsam, aber nach ein paar Tagen Übung eine Freude. Miriam wa eine sehr angenehme Gastgeberin, die immer sofort reagiert und eine Lösung parat hatte. Natascha hat uns freundlich begrüße und uns alles sehr gut erklärt.

Beautiful historic property which was easily accessible to the tourist towns such as Ostuni, Alberobello etc. Pierfrancesco was a generous host and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Un petit logement très propre, fonctionnel, cosy ! Conforme à la description et parfaitement adapté pour un séjour à deux dans un cadre paisible et agréable. L'hôtesse Elina est exceptionnelle, très accueillante, réactive. Ce logement et son hôtesse nous ont permis de passer un séjour parfait sur l'île de Corfou ! Nous recommandons vivement et nous reviendrons si nous repassons à Corfou et que le logement est disponible ! Bonus : le joli chat qui vous attend quand vous ouvrez les fenêtres le matin et que vous rentrez le soir ! Elle est adorable et très câline (nous adorons les chats donc c'est un gros plus !).

We had a great 10 day stay at Stone Lake Cottage. Everything was just as we expected - peaceful surroundings, great view, all we needed in the cottage, really helpful and responsive host. We loved exploring the local village and were made to feel welcome in the local bar, restaurant, café and taverna 😊 There are bus services to the main towns but we found a car very useful to explore the wider island. We thoroughly recommend Peter's property.
