Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Tutti i dettagli e le tonalità degli arredi richiamano la bellezza del mare di Salina, le atmosfere sognanti dei fondali marini e delle vedute sul blu infinito. All’interno di uno spazio raccolto ma funzionale, si trovano una zona letto, una cucina a scomparsa ed una zona living. Completano lo spazio una cabina armadio e un ampio bagno.

“La Mia Valigia a Stromboli” è un’oasi di tranquillità e bellezza incastonata di fronte alla spiaggia di sabbia nera dell’isola di Stromboli. Con una posizione privilegiata a soli 50 metri dal mare, vi immergerete in un ambiente avvolto dal silenzio. La struttura accogliente è un rifugio perfetto per famiglie o gruppi di amici in cerca di relax e avventura. A soli 200 metri dal pontile di arrivo degli aliscafi, è facilmente accessibile a piedi. Il patio vista mare offre scenari suggestivi.

Casa Gesùpappina mia è un’oasi di privacy e bellezza situata alla fine della frazione di Canneto, proprio sopra le ex Spiagge Bianche, nella parte nord-est dell’isola di Lipari. Costruita alla fine del 1800 sulla scogliera di Ghiozzo e totalmente ristrutturata, è una casa indipendente munita di tutti i comfort moderni (WiFi – aria condizionata – TV satellitare), pur conservando le peculiarità delle tipiche case eoliane, un tempo abitate da pescatori e lavoratori della pomice.

Casa Blu si trova sulla parallela del lungomare, a due passi dalla spiaggia, nella frazione balneare di Canneto. Nelle vicinanze troverete supermercato, panificio, bar e proseguendo sul lungomare piccoli negozi e posticini dove mangiare. A due minuti si trova il capolinea del bus che collega Canneto al porto e al centro di Lipari (3 km). I collegamenti sono disponibili fino a tarda sera in estate, negli altri periodi solo di giorno.
