Fantastic place with unique location and lovely view, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place for yourself, 2 nice cabins with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and the city centre, without losing the cottage feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun loungers, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and own boat.

This is the place to disconnect from work and stress. Here you are all alone in the forest with the opportunity to sleep over as well. It goes fine and sleep 4 people, but fits best for two pcs. FREE ACCESS ON DRY and NICE WOOD. 200 meters from parking. Hunting and fish are possible. - Outside kitchen with summer water in the tap and sleeping cabin - outside shower (summer water) is also fitted for short shower lengths as I don't have unlimited water there. - mobile wifi with 50gb so not unlimited use

Main room of 20m2 with kitchenette, 6m2 bedroom with 3 beds, veranda w and w/o roof and Biolan toilet in shed. 12 V electricity from solar cell. No running water in cabin but from nearby stream. Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.

Arctic Dome Hosetåsen ligger i Orkland kommune. Domen ligger på en topp med skog rundt, men med en åpen og vakker utsikt utover dalen og mot fjellene i Trollheimen. Legg deg i en myk og komfortabel seng hvor du kan nyte stjernehimmelen, og våkne til en nydelig utsikt. Senk skuldrene å nyt roen naturen og utsikten gir! Fra parkeringen er det ca 600 meter å gå, ta på gode sko da stien går gjennom skog og litt myr. På vinteren må en gå på ski eller truger da det ikke er brøytet vei.

Mye dyreliv i området, her kan det plutselig vandre en elg rett utenfor verandaen. Oppkjørt skiløype 150m fra hytta, veldig gode turmuligheter sommer og vinter. Mulighet for fiske og småviltjakt. The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.

My cottage is located in a beautiful area ideal for spectacular hiking, skiing, fishing, kayaking, SUP-boarding, yoga and all kinds of recreational activities. I also have a new wood fired sauna available right at the beach. OUT OF RESPECT FOR MY NEIGHBOURS, I DO NOT ALLOW PARTYING AT MY COTTAGE
