Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Water spreader, small children's pool and trampoline ready for use on hot days. 4 bedrooms for 8 people. Possibility to set up 2 extra beds on 1 floor. Flekkefjord is located between Kristiansand and Stavanger and with about 1.5 hours drive to Sirdal. The house is located in a detached house area with about 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk from Flekkefjord city center. The single-family housing area appears to be family-friendly with several playgrounds, lake, beach and forest in the immediate vicinity.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom that is associated with this bedroom. Outside there is a large terrace with a lot of space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

We are renting the brew house/firehouse on the farm with large lawn at their disposal. Here, children can play, kick football, etc. The house has kitchen, living room, sauna and first floor bathroom. In the second floor there are 2 bedrooms where there are room for 6 people total. The first bedroom has two twins. This bedroom has to go through to get to the other, which contains a double, and two single beds. The house is located in rural areas. Opportunities for many activities nearby !!
