The location is ideal — just a few minutes drive from the heart of Nicosia, and universities, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and a busy shopping mall. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this apartment is a perfect choice. It’s conveniently located near key offices and cultural sights. Additionally, the hosts were very responsive and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family for a comfortable, convenient, and stylish stay.

Everything about the accommodation was great. Tiny responded to all my questions promptly and immediately provided a power adapter when I needed one. The apartment has its own parking space. It’s spacious and functional, with two bedrooms featuring double beds, and air conditioning in the living room as well as in all the bedrooms. I definitely recommend it.

The flat was great, equipped with anything you might need, even with a hairdryer nozzle (much appreciated). Maybe a full mirror was missing, but not a big deal. Regarding the hosts, all of them were very friendly, welcoming and ready to help you if you need anything. I couldn't recommend the place more.

İsmail bey gerçekten çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Kendisine teşekkür ediyorum. Uçağımız çok erken saatte indi, kendisi bize esnek giriş saati sağladı. Ev temizdi, banyo tertemizdi, çarşaflar yumoş kokuyordu. Evde her şey vardı. Havlu, şampuan, saç kremi, ıslak mendil, kahve makinesi, bulaşık makinası, kettle.. Saç kurutma makinesini bulamadık İsmail bey hemen temin etti. Kendisi yazdığımız her şeye hemen cevap verdi. Güzel bir konaklama geçirdik.

Beautiful views in a quiet location. The children didn’t use the downstairs bedroom as it can only be accessed by outside steps and didn’t have a lock. This didn’t matter as the second bedroom has two single beds and is a good size. When we had a problem with the shower draining very slowly, the matter was sorted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

So pleased to have found this accommodation. It's in a great location just a short walk away from the center of Bellapais (be prepared for a short steep hill though!). The home was spotlessly clean, modern and comfortable. The view was just incredible and could be enjoyed from the hottub! Self checkin was really easy, and the host could not have been any more helpful. We will definitely book again!

Tolga was great and responded very quickly with any of our needs. We truly enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back soon.

La maison de Dimitris est très agréable : on sent qu'on est dans la maison d'un particulier et non dans un logement servant uniquement aux locations saisonnière : le logement a une âme, il est agréablement décoré, accueillant... C'est très appréciable. Au 1er étage, la cuisine, le grand séjour et le petit balcon sont adorables. Au 2e étage, les chambres sont spacieuses, fonctionnelles et confortables, l'une dotés d'une petite terrasse. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce lieu. Les échanges avec Dimitris, au moment de la réservation et après, ont été très fluides et amicaux. Dimitris n'était pas là quand nous sommes arrivés. C'est une amie à lui, Chrisso, qui nous a formidablement accueillis : très à l'écoute, réactive, elle nous a aussi donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Une vraie belle adresse à Nicosie !

Cengiz Bey’e ailecek teşekkürlerimi sunarak başlamak istiyorum. Son derece ilgili, bir sorunda/ soruda hemen cevap veren, çözüm bulmaya çalışan bir ev sahibi. Eve ilk girdiğimizde temizlik personelinden kaynaklı temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yaşadık. Cengiz Bey son derece ilgili bir şekilde tekrar temizletmek için uğraştı gelen temizlik personelleri daha sonra temizleyeceklerini söylediler ve gelmediler. Cengiz bey hemen temizlik ücretimizi iade etti. Bizim için önemli olan da ilgisiydi zaten eksiklikler her zaman olur ama önemli olan eksikliklerin giderilmesi için çabalamasıydı. Ev son derece güzel eski bir taş ev resmen bizi geçmişe götürdü evin dekoru, bahçesi, odaları, balkonları… merkeze, denize uzak değil. İşlerimizi rahatlıkla hallederken huzurlu bir tatil imkanı sağladı bize. Kesinlikle Cengiz Bey’ in evinizi tutmanızı tavsiye ederim çünkü herhangi bir sorunda direkt olarak muhattap buluyorsunuz ve sanki sizin yanınızdaymış gibi çözüm bulmaya çalışıyor. Nazan abla Çok kibar çok nazik birisiydi, ilk gün bizi gelip kendi arabasıyla aldı ve sonrasında kahve ikramı yaptı. Yarım saat boyunca oturup tanıştık sohbet ettik. Evin konumu çok güzel nerdeyse her yere yürüme mesafesinde, evde banyo havlusu dan şampuanina kadar herşey vardı. Çok temizliği çok ferah bir ev. Gönül rahatlığıyla gidip kalabilirsiniz.

Andria is a super hostess. There are everything a person may need for long or short stay in her apartment, which is equipped with all necessary amenities. The apartment is very artistic and quite spacious.Andria gave me clear instructions and provided help whenever I needed it. She is very helpful and friendly and ready to help her guests. I would definitely come back to her apartment if I visit Nicosia next time and would advise it to my friends. Thank you, Andria!

Ήμασταν μία οικογένεια 5 ενηλίκων και μείναμε για αρκετές μέρες. Το διαμέρισμα του Δήμου είναι ευρύχωρο και ανταποκρίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Το σπίτι ήταν τακτοποιημένο και εξοπλισμένο. Ο ιδιοκτήτης απαντούσε άμεσα στα μηνύματα μας και ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός.

Ev oldukça temiz ve fotoğraflarda görünenin aynısıydı. Ev sahibi her konuda çok anlayışlıydı ve yardımcı oldu. Biz 8 kişi kaldık eve yalnızca uyumak için girdik bizim için çok çok yeterliydi. Rahat ettik 🌸

We had a fantastic stay at Seniha's place! The home was spotless, stylish, and located in a safe neighborhood. Seniha was a great host, always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was seamless, and the amenities were exactly as described. The only small downside was that parking was a bit tricky in the area, but we managed fine. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!
