Cosy studio situated inside Zavos Palm Beach gated complex. In the complex there are features like swimming pools, a tennis court, a huge garden and a barbecue area. The apartment is in the heart of tourist area in Limassol. It's located at Galatex center in Germasogia. The beach is exactly 2 min from the apartment. There are many coffee shops restaurants, fast-foods, pubs and a supermarket, ATMs. The flat is very safe as it has a security gate only for the residence at the entrance of the block. Also has a shaded parking slot. Outside of the complex there is a public bus-stop that connects the whole cornice road (Limassol Mall, Limassol Marina, beaches).

Lovely home in the Old Town, close to the sea.

Ioannis and Dawn welcome you to this one-bed roomed home with beautiful handmade pieces and artistic touches everywhere. The bedroom has a King sized bed and en-suite shower room, the living area has a sofa-bed which folds out into a Queen sized bed. We also have ceiling fans and split unit air-conditioning to keep you comfortable during the hot, hot season and warm during the colder season.
