There is a steep climb up to the parking lot and absolutely nothing around apart from an excellent fish taverna at the other end of the beach. Agios Mattheos is the closest village and is 10 minutes by car; it has a supermarket, pharmacy, butcher and baker as well as a few cafes and restaurants. The surrounding areas are old olive groves and vineyards.

Casa Vrioni Mama is a loft apartment that can host up to 4 people. It consists of a living room-kitchen, room 1, room 2 (in the attic) and a bathroom. It has all the electronics in order to provide a comfortable stay. It is accessed by an external staircase.
