This was my second time at this accommodation and I would definitely come back every time I visit the city. The apartment was impeccable, very clean and had all the elements described in the profile. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a nice welcome note written by the host, which made the beginning of our stay very special. The host was always very attentive, responded quickly to our inquiries and had gestures that make a difference, such as leaving extra blankets and pillows. Even the natural plants come with care recommendations, which gives a very cozy and homey feel to the place. The view from the apartment is spectacular: you can see the whole city and enjoy colorful sunsets. The location is excellent, very central, close to supermarkets, the municipal market and restaurants. In addition, the area is quiet and safe. The apartment is warm, comfortable and has an excellent internet connection. You can really tell the difference

Our experience was very good. From the beginning, Gonzalo was very clear with the information, attentive and quick to answer any questions. The host's home is within the same place, which is an advantage for those who want more personalized attention to any inconvenience. The environment is quiet, perfect to disconnect. The house and place are just as shown in the photos, everything was impeccable. In addition, Gonzalo had a great gesture when sharing coal and vegetables from his garden. Definitely a very good host. We were greeted by Gonzalo's mother, Monica, who was super friendly and clear with the directions and very attentive to any questions. She also took us back to the main road, since it's about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. The shower only lacked pressure for the hot water, but it's because the water comes from the waterfall and in those cases you should talk to the host to see about the water pump. Everything else was impeccable, to make a barbecue and food in the kitchen, it has a small refrigerator to bring some food since the nearby businesses and restaurant are somewhat expensive.
