We really liked Cristiane's accommodation. Attentive and available host all the time. Everything is designed for the guest's comfort. Attention to detail. Very good kitchen, great quality bed linen, mattresses and pillows. Anyway, everything is perfect and well taken care of. We will definitely be staying at this location again.

Katia was very attentive and flexible with our family. In the apartment, there was a welcome letter with some chocolates from the region. In addition, I had a kit for my pet. Katia provided a portable crib for my baby. The apartment was very clean and all the appliances were working. It had all the necessary utensils for meal preparation. The bathroom has a great shower flow and the water can be adjusted to the temperature. There was a hair dryer if you needed to dry your hair. The beds are very comfortable and the blankets are very soft and fragrant. There's a construction site next door, but the noise didn't bother me. There are two supermarkets nearby, just across the street there was one and up the hill there was another, less than 50 meters away. The center is three blocks away, but it's close. The building is quite safe and the street is very quiet.

Spacious, clean house with items in great condition. It has all the kitchen items we need.

The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything (and more) you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, as it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

We spent quiet days at home! The house has a tv with several streamings, a pleasant BBQ area. If you want to go to relax on the network, it will be a great place, as it is very quiet. Carol is very solicited and quickly answered my questions. Carol's father gave us a homemade bread that was delicious.

I spent 4 days with my family at Deivid and his wife's house. Deivid welcomed us, showed us the house. I asked several questions in the group they created, and they responded promptly. The house has everything that is necessary, I went to a family of 5 people and it was very good to rest, get to know the nearby cities and enjoy the environment of the property. Wonderful stay, Daniela super helpful, answered me anytime I needed it. I needed a break, I went with my husband and children and we loved it, well located(defrent from the Ademar square of barros), great place to walk the night , since it is open until late at night. everything very organized, the apartment is vintage but nothing we reprove , as a suggestion , would only improve the shower, everything else very wonderful, kitchen with everything you need, internet, parking, delicious heated pool and sauna (I did not use the sauna , but there is), an absurd silence in the apartment , I slept like never ....

Marcelo received us super well! We feel super welcomed in your home. The bedroom and bathroom were great. The quiet house. I safely left my car in the condo. We registered face recognition at the concierge and the entrance and exit were super facilitated. Marcelo is a great host. Super friendly, nice, welcoming. We felt at home.
