While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. The house was clean, convenient and full of sufficient furniture. The pool was clean and lovely. Mr. Adem was a caring and hospitable host. Whenever we asked a question, we received an answer in a very short time. We had a nice experience. We recommend it.

Very nice place, large rooms, the beds were comfortable. Great breakfast. Hayati was easy to reach, friendly and very helpful.

The housing is very beautiful and clean , and Ozdan treats very sophisticated, very beautiful and friendly , I will deal with it again and I will recommend dealing with it

The location was great, the house was spotless and the communication with the host was extremely easy and quick. The pool was constantly warm and ready to use which made our stay much more comfortable. We couldn't see it in the photos, but the fire boiler in the garden allowed us to have a more enjoyable time in the evenings. Thank you again Ms. Ümit for her hospitality and attention.

Sina was a great host! She was very friendly and helpful at all times. The place was spotless and just like the pictures. I can 100% recommend it and would check in there myself. For families, Sina's place is awesome. Everyone has enough space and space to relax.

Soner and his wife were incredible hosts. Real farm feeling! Most spectacular views from the cabins. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of care and effort to make it a real Turkish experience.

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

The attention to detail and the appointments inside the home and patio were impeccable. Hats off to the owner or designer that chose all the pieces. My family had a remarkable time there in a neighborhood filled with quaint restaurants and merchants, close to everything that you could possibly want to see on a 4-5 stay in Istanbul We look forward to returning very soon. This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Mr. Mubin was extremely caring and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. The house was even more beautiful and clean than it appeared in the photos. Words are not enough to describe this magnificent view in touch with nature. It was especially unique to sit on the porch and enjoy this peaceful atmosphere. It should definitely be the first choice for those looking for such an experience. We would like to thank Mr. Mubin again for everything.

It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

My wife and I spent 4 nights in this spectacular appartment. The entire experience was fantastic: - the communication with the host was extremely pleasant, very responsive, great recommendations. It felt like having a caring friend in Istanbul!! - the location is excellent, the view over the Bosporus can't get any better. It requires a bit of a climb but absolutely manageble (also with luggage) and well worth it! - beautiful neighborhood right by the Bosporus, sophisticated, great and fun restaurants and clubs, and not overrun by tourists. All walking distance. Including groceries. No need to go anywhere else in the evenings! - big windows, a patio, and a garden. Due to the hillside location the view is spectacular and completely unobstructed. We never drew the curtains. - the appartment is newly renovated, nice furnishing, spotless clean, very tidy, great features and fully equipped with all new appliances and all neccessities. Our new favorite place in Istanbul, we will be back!

Nice apartment with an amazing view. You only need to bring your clothes and food to eat; everything else is available, including clothes washing. Plus, if you have a car with you, then this place fits you very well! Area of apartment is quite enough for us as family (2 adults 3 kids) . We had an a/c issue but Can (the host) was very helpful and provide electric fan as replacement till the a/c was fixed. Thanks Can for this nice place and friendly environment that you provide

We had a wonderful stay at this Beautiful Traditional Turkish house. The house is very clean and spacious. There were 3 of us, so each had a separate bedroom. The location is good and safe. The locals are friendly and welcoming. Chris is a wonderful host and he was quick to respond and solve problems. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Istanbul!

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

The house was neat and tidy. Although it was very cold, we had no problems with the heating of the house. Everything was considered up to the baby crib. Also thank you for this, 🙏 we did not miss anything, everything was considered. The view from the house is already excellent. It was great to hear the birds chirping in the silence at night. It feels very far from the city, but the places where you can shop is 2 minutes away, which makes it extra convenience. We had a great time. Thanks to the host

Ms. Ayşe welcomed us with her beauty and sincerity. Thanks to the location information, we found the house comfortably. Their kitten was very sweet. Thanks to them, we didn't encounter any snakes, bugs, or anything else. They officially took our stress, and it was an opportunity for my son Anil. Everything was thought out and spotless in the house. Even though it's a calm and relaxing home, you don't compromise on your comfort! Kitchen utensils were thought out to the dishwasher detergent. We have stayed in different houses before, but I can say that we have not stayed in such a tidy and clean place. The house had everything we could need, up to the information notes. The only thing missing is that we couldn't find a hanger to hang our coats. The garden, barbecue, patio, our enjoyment was nice, and the house was always warm. We would love to come back. There is also a parking area with a barrier where you can safely park your car! We woke up with the sounds of birds and the fragrances of flowers, we slept in the fresh air in the comfortable beds! We didn't want to heat it because we didn't want to use the pool.
