Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

İzmir'e 120 km mesafede Karaburun'un eşsiz koylarından olan Hamzabükü'n deyiz. Ev denize sıfır ve girişimiz kumsaldan. Evin 2.katı ve veranda konuklara ait. İki odamız ve dört yatağımız var. Fotoğraflarda görülen her yer konuklarımıza ait ve bağımsızdır.Sakin bir ortamda doğa ile baş başa keyifli bir tatil yapmak isteyenler için uygun bir konumdayız. En yakın marketin bize olan mesafesi 10.5km.ATV ile kumsalda taşınmanıza yardım ediyoruz.

(🎶 We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Pagiye Urla - Historic stone house with private garden.

Our stone house in the center of Urla is a place where the Urla countryside life has been experienced for more than 100 years. The house, which is an example of Urla's typical stone architecture inside and out, has a private garden and a large balcony. A bright stone house that receives sunlight all over. The entire house, including in the garden, is for the guest's exclusive use during their stay.

The Fairy tale in Orange Garden (jacuzzi inside)

Unique bungalow in an calm soothing ORGANIC orange and lemon garden. In the afternoon, walks in the fresh air by the sea in Akyaka 10 min by car from the house, a walk in the pine forest just behind, horseback riding in the stable. In the evening you can watch your favorite Netflix series and relax in heated jacuzzi. Grossery and alcohol shop 10 min by walk.

Urla Seaside House

Peaceful and solitary seaside house a few meters from the Aegean Sea. 75 square meters indoor, 70 square meters patio, 1000 square meters of garden. Ideal for a couple or a family of three-four. There is no door between living room and bedroom. 20 minutes drive to Urla, 30 minutes drive to Çesme/Alaçatı and 40 minutes drive to Izmir.
