It has a private automatic gate and the property has a slipway to the sea. Beautiful area to go canoeing. Seals can be seen from time to time. You can watch the Castletownbere fishing boat going out to sea.

Das Haus ist ein renoviertes und ausgebautes ehemaliges farmhouse. Es eignet sich für Natur-Liebhaber, Ruhe und Entspannung und hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick Es kann 1 Hund mitgebracht werden ( Schafe!!) Das Wasser kommt vom hauseigenen Brunnen und wird labormäßig getestet auf die Qualität. Das Haus ist nicht geeignet für Kinder unter 6 Jahren.
