This one bedroom apartment is centrally located, a perfect base from which to enjoy the bars and restaurants of the town as well as explore the stunning beaches of Newquay. The harbour and town beaches are a 5 minute stroll whilst a 15 minute walk will get you to Fistral beach. The Apartment has a parking space to the rear, which is a highly sought after commodity in the busy season. The apartment suits couples and small families and enjoys views across the town and out to sea, taking in sunset.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. A 2 minute walk to Towan beach. Located right in the centre of Newquay close to bars, restaurants, and shops. Nicely laid out 1 bedroom apartment that will sleep up to 4 adults. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults in the lounge area, the bathroom is through the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request. There is on street parking on the road outside the apartment.

Fistral Beach Escape - Sea Views and Sunny Nook

A cosy and quaint space, with everything you need for a beach break- panoramic views from front and back of the flat, a view over fistral beach to the rear, and across the town beaches to the front! Whether you’re curled up in bed or enjoying a cuppa in the front room, the views are stunning. There is on street parking to the front of the property, but it is a central location and spaces are limited. There is a council car park 30m up the hill from the flat, and a privately owned one opposite!

A secluded location in the heart of Newquay. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac only 8 minutes walk to the town centre and beaches. The flat was refurbished this year to a high standard with ensuite double bedroom, hallway, kitchen lounge area and private entrance. New all electric controllable heating. Fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle. TV, free wfii, safe, hairdryer, iron, towels and bedding. Outdoor seating area for guests. Perfect get away for couples or those on business in mid Cornwall.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Welcome to our ground floor light & modern 1-bed flat with its own front door, private off road parking space & small patio. It’s on a quiet no through lane, close to Newquay town centre and beaches. A footpath runs from the lane across the golf course to fistral beach 450m away. Nearby Fistral complex, Fore Street and the Harbour all have excellent restaurants and cafes.
