The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony.

We, father and daughter, Judith and Engelbert offer uncomplicated, simple accommodation. There are double rooms with a double bed and private bathroom but no breakfast. Since I'm working, we offer breakfast only on request for an extra charge of 12.00 per breakfast per person. We are centrally located in the valley. In winter, the ski bus stops right in front of our ski cellar. We strive to offer a balanced price-performance ratio and look forward to welcoming each guest

Stefflhof - Charming old farmhouse, ensuite room

Our farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

Linger in the garden with the herb bed, the chicken coop and the on-site pool. Or maybe it's a nice get-together under the small arbor behind the house? We also offer a pull-out couch as a crib in this room, the cost is € 35,-

We are a small family-run accommodation in the Antholzertal with a farm and are located above the village of Oberrasen surrounded by meadows and forests in absolute tranquility without noise confirmation of traffic or nightly light pollution. People who are looking for relaxation, peace and quiet are going to the right place. Hikes possible directly from the house, so you can also leave the car.

The Aviators Lodge, the Ager guest house is the slightly different bed and breakfast in Westendorf. - Bread service on request. - On request, we will fill your fridge and the breakfast bar with regional products. In the bar you will find a coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, dishes, glasses, etc. - If you would like, we can organize breakfast for you at Cafe Elisabeth or Hotel Mesnerwirt.
