Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

The Cove has very limited access, it’s the perfect spot to escape the bustle of town. Our vacation rental is a 300 sq. ft. suite with a full galley kitchen and bathroom,and one queen size bed.The suite is attached to the house and is up a flight of stairs with a private entrance. We are nestled in the forest, within short walking distance to town and beaches. It is peaceful and homey, bright and colourful. The building has been inspected, and we have a business licence from the District of Tofino. Our District of Tofino business licence number is 1108.
