Beautiful detached house on an estate with a large garden and fruit trees, next to the river. It has a bedroom, a comfortable bathroom (and a 2nd outdoor one) and a living room-kitchen. This is a cozy country house, just 20 meters from the sea and located in the countryside, coastal road between Ligia and Rock. It stands out for its infinite view of the Ionian Sea. On the left you can see Lefkada, while just across the road Paxi-Antigisi. Tranquility resides, shaken only by the swell of the waves. At 100 meters there is access to a beach for swimming, and it is surrounded by a cluster of beaches that is more social than Lucha's most socialite.
