Thank you Isabelle and Bernard for your kindness and hospitality! The space is gorgeous. We had a quiet and relaxing stay, without any noise. The outdoor shower is really great, as is the jacuzzi and the pool. We'll be happy to go back!

The cabin is incredibly beautiful and idyllic. However, it is really very very very very small! Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather and it is very tight to spend a whole day indoors (it only rained all day, we couldn't really do much outside). However, if you only want to come for hiking and spend the evening in the cabin and in the Nordic bath, it is fantastic. Would recommend.

emmanuel is a very valuable host, he welcomed us to his charming chablais with beers and snack tips for our welcome aperitif, a gesture we appreciated. As well as being warm, he communicated his good humor to us. the terrace is really perfect with a beautiful landscape. go there without hesitation. thank you

We had a lovely stay at Louis and Irina's place. The airbnb is very well equipped: the video projector is a real asset, the raclette machine, the speaker, the plaid, the dishes. The bright bathroom is superb too. Only small downside related to the large windows at the upstairs nets that do not have a curtain and woke us up in the morning with daylight. But that didn't stop us from enjoying our stay and wanting to come back! Very convenient to reach Annecy in 15 minutes drive. Louis and Irina are very responsive by message!

The place was clean and well-equipped as mentioned in the listing. The location is great if you want to enjoy the via rhôna. the Nordic bath is very good as well as the free bike loan.

Our family Christmas in Gruffy was simply amazing in this beautiful dream home 20min from Annecy. Comfortably slept the group of 8, and was so nicely setup with loads of amenities. The gym, spa and sauna were a real bonus Nicolas was an exceptional host, giving us loads of recommendations before our arrival, and left the house setup magically for Xmas. He even arranged for it to snow heavily for us on the night we arrived, so our kids experienced their first white Christmas! Nicolas even drove 5 hrs through the night to help us with a minor technical issue that could have waited, but he insisted on getting to us ASAP to help. Legend.

Very friendly welcome from Marie, available and attentive to us. We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful lodge of the campsite. That was great!

Very pleasant stay in the cabin on stilts in the heart of this pretty peaceful campsite. For the price it's great! Bucolic with the river just opposite. There is enough to cook under the hut if necessary but the restaurant is very good, they make great salads! A nice atmosphere and in addition breakfast is included with David's sympathy as a bonus ;)

A small oasis of peace. We come for nature and the relaxing side. The accommodation is atypical and everything is designed to make you feel good. We were welcomed by Sebastien who takes the time to talk with his hosts. Everything is as in the photos, you can stay there with your eyes closed. The bedding is comfortable, nothing is missing in the kitchen area, the shower is not large but it is not very serious. And the discovery of the dry toilet… Highly recommend to all guests

We had a great time in this little love nest, very clean, very quiet, with large terrace, at a good distance from other dwellings. Stunning views of snow-covered mountains and electric green meadows. A nice departure for hikes. The discreet presence of the small donkeys and the horse and the "llama" delighted us. Thank you to Sophie very friendly and efficient who left us small welcome gifts very much appreciated. Great success at this new place

The place is a real bubble of serenity, perched with a beautiful view of the mountains and greenery. The kota is very comfortable, clean, and has all the amenities you need. In addition, we were greeted by Guillaume's wife with cherries from the garden and eggs from the chicken coop! Yum. We'll be back:)

we spent 2 nights at this property. a cheese fondue caquelon had been made available following a request we had made. very nice host! i highly recommend this place.
