Il est situé à moins de 10 mn de l'aéroport de Lyon Saint Exupéry, d' Eurexpo , du Groupama Stadium et de spectacles de Décines, ainsi qu'à 20 mn du centre de Lyon, du " The Village Outlet" situé à 10mn. La sortie ou l'entrée des autoroutes A48 et A43 sont à 6 km de la maison, et l'entrée de l'A432 à 2 km. De nombreux restaurants sont accessibles à pied (5-10mn maximum)
