Unfortunately, this cottage is not suitable for children! The cottage has a heat pump for cooling and heating. There is also balanced ventilation so that there is always fresh air in the building with doors and windows closed, so you will not be bothered by mosquitoes.

Access to the Tree House is only with our all-terrain vehicle through the vineyards of Champagne and forest paths
