Quinta Los Caballos is one of the oldest villas built in the La Floresta subdivision in the magical town of Ajijic, with its Hacienda-style facade that will make you feel a traditional Mexican atmosphere, now fully renovated and with luxury finishes so that our guests have the best experience and comfort during their stay. It is a room on the first floor of an old house in downtown Chapala, with separate entrance and exit, it has its own bathroom, right behind the Parish of San Francisco and very close to the Malecón. There is NO parking. We all park on the street, the area is safe. The entrance is autonomous with a code to access the keys. The room is NOT luxurious, but it has everything you need to rest. There is a COMMON kitchenette for storing or preparing some food

The house was refurbished as a boutique hotel, with a capacity, in this first stage, of six private rooms with their full bathroom, swimming pool, sunbathing area, two terraces and patio as common areas that are shared with all guests and the family that lives and manages the place. Each room is rented individually, for two people and per night. If accompanied by another person, there is an extra charge for that person.
