A wonderful old cottage on the edge of Arredondo, lovingly renovated. You have a wonderful view of the mountains when they are free of clouds or simply watch the clouds play on the mountain peaks. The covered terrace is ideal for an outdoor breakfast or dinner. We used it every day of the week to simply enjoy the view. The property is clean and well maintained. Since it is on a slope, you have to climb the mountain a bit. But certainly not a problem for hikers. A stream, the Ason, ripples below the property. Tall trees around the property, but they don't interfere. A very nice place to stay for 4 people. We would love to come again. Unfortunately, there are too many beautiful places waiting for us. There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the basement is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

A very nice and comfortable house for a small family. We were very comfortable for three days, the house has the essentials so you don't miss anything in your stay. It is in a quiet area, you have to move about 8 min for super and places to eat. The house shares part of the jardin, but it has a trocito vallado por sias carry chuchos. In general I would recommend the stay if you want to move around the area, Cabarceno and Santander are about 20 min away.

A magical corner. A beautiful garden for us and our dogs. If you really like being in contact with nature. 100% River right at the door!!🥰 If they sell it, I'll buy it. ☺️

We really liked the place. We went with our baby and they also provided us with a cot. Everything was very clean and with new furniture. The heating worked great. As for the parking space, there is a parking lot behind the house. And finally, I'd like to mention that Carmen's husband received us and was very kind and flexible with the departure.

If your goal is to spend a few days of tranquility away from the city, this is undoubtedly the place. The house is very nice, well cared for. Dolores was very attentive to us, she left everything ready for a relaxing stay, and that's how it was.

A magnificent place beautifully restored. Lovely grounds with an outdoor kitchen area under cover and the pool an added bonus. The views were just fabulous. Elena responded quickly to every message. Hopefully we will return for longer next time .

We've been super comfortable! Eduardo is a perfect host, he has given us all the facilities in the world to be comfortable and feel comfortable and calm. The house is super equipped, it does not lack detail. We will definitely be back here!

We spent in total 10 days in the aopartment and had a really nice holiday. The appartment is equipped with all necessary utilities and was very tidy and clean. Jose was a wonderful host and available whenever needed. We can definitely recommend the appartement and surely plan to come back one day.

Very cozy apartment, bright and amazing views, you wake up to the noise of the river. The village has a lot of charm and the surroundings are spectacular. We loved everything. Ideal location right next to the beach & in walking distance to all things Somo. This is a beautiful area & a great jumping off place for exploring Cantabria. The apartment is very comfortable, clean & described accurately. Our only negative is that this place is managed by a seemingly large company lacking a personal touch - the text messages we sent were responded to by an AI bot that wasn't always accurate with information & they were not at all flexible with our checkout time. They wanted us to pay for an additional hour stay even though we had rented for a week. Otherwise a great experience & would highly recommend!

Belen was a fantastic host. She picked us up from the ferry and walked us to the apartment. Communication was excellent and she even picked up some milk for us. The apartment was very new and lovely decorated. Small but perfect for three adults. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you Belen.

The house is lovely and Antonio is an incredibly helpful host giving us lots of information. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great for us so the views weren't as beautiful as the pictures. I would say if you're looking for peace and quiet the house is perfect, but to do things other than hiking, you will need to do a fair bit of driving.

very good stay at Virginia's. well located apartment, possibility of doing everything on foot. Plenty of restaurants around. We recommend it and will surely return.

Great stay, the house is wonderful with all the amenities and the perfect exterior... the pool, BBQ, everything in general is great. Olaf was very kind from the first moment, he explained everything great. We went with our dog and were very well received with little gifts for him, a drinking fountain and everything!! The only thing is the noise from the road during the day, then at night there is not so much movement...but the area is super quiet and very close to the entire coast and surrounding villages.
