Opéra - Spacious two-room apartment in the hypercenter
Very nice apartment located on the 2nd floor with elevator access. Its location in the hyper-center, 2 steps from the Opera will allow you to have a pleasant stay for professional or tourist reasons. With an area of 42 m², it can accommodate 3 people, has a large entrance, a spacious bedroom, a living room/kitchen with an extra bed for one person, a small shower room and separate toilet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants including the famous "La Cigale" brewery 100 m away.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The little extras: The secure parking space, and the bicycles made available. The proximity of transport, shops, 2 minutes' walk and the city center, the elephant, are less than 5 minutes' drive. The hideout will be the perfect place to recharge in our beautiful city.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.
