Transportation routes less than 10 minutes away: CU subway and light rail. We don't have private parking, guests park their car on the street in front of the building.

The apartment's view is very nice during the day and spectacular at night. The building is located in front of the Gran Sur shopping center, very close to the Aztec stadium and hospital area

It is close to Estadio Azteca/Banorte—about 10 minutes by car (depending on traffic), 20 minutes by public transportation, and 30–40 minutes walking. Nearby are the metro stations Copilco and Taxqueña. Also close by are Centro de Coyoacán, Zócalo, Xochimilco, Six Flags, zona de hospitales, CU/UNAM, Kidzania, shopping centers, markets, and parks. The apartment is located on the third floor, with no elevator.
