A lovely footy house in Gemenc, hidden in the floodplain of the Danube. I punched it myself, paying attention to making most of the materials, accessories refurbished. You will live among old but charming stuff with a beautiful view of the river. There are a lot of toys (trampoline, slackline, swing, slide, ring) around the house, a fireplace, an outdoor dining area and hammocks under the walnut tree. There is a cultured compost toilet with almost zero maintenance. Private waterfront with boat.

The covered terrace belongs to the apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped. There's wifi. You don't have to pay for parking. The parking lot is in front of the house, equipped with a camera.

Native animals such as 30 Zackel sheep, goats, our cows, geese, ducks, chickens...
