Lovely place and nice hosts. We felt very comfortable.

We're excited to leave the place. The host was very welcoming and helpful, he prepared a Georgian feast for us for a small fee. We felt at home, the host took care of it and gave us a real experience. They have a very nice family garden. The place is close to the store and 20 minutes by car from the rock town of Vardzia. We can highly recommend. You won't make a mistake when you stay here.

It was a bit confusing trying to find the place but once I did it was quite pleasant. it's in the old town near the castle, has a fantastic view. it's like staying with a family, the couple that own the home are very hospitable. there's a garden with all kinds of fruits and vegetables. it's like being in the country. although the area is very safe, and there is a gate at the driveway, be aware that you cannot lock the room door from the outside. bedroom and bathroom are comfortable and clean

Great location - great view from the apartment windows to Rabat Fortress. Almost the city center. The hosts of the apartment were always in touch and helped with tips on what to see in the neighborhood. And once again I will repeat - the villa from the windows of the apartment is just gorgeous )

We had a lovely stay. The house is great with many beds and the balcony is perfect. The bathroom is modern and I was happy there was a kettle in the well-appointed kitchen. The house is far from town so make sure you have a car. Nights are cool - remember to bring a jumper, even in the summer.

Good location and pleasant stay. Rocky terrain coming in so make sure your car can handle! Lovely family and v welcoming- we loved the dinner and breakfasts prepared for us!

There was only one day to test the place, people in the village, there ☺️ are no tourists' house at all, only locals, almost no one knows Russian/English. There are grocery stores. The house is in the center. All ground floor was ours, terraces on ground and floor, ground floor. Hot water, shower, stove, all the dishes, a lot of space, the silence 🥰 slept perfectly, I didn't want to leave. We realized that this is the place we were looking for: Nature, a lot of animals nearby (cows, sheep, chickens), friendly local. I think we'll be booking for at least 2 weeks soon. Thanks to the hosts: brought from Borjomi, back by bus ourselves

Margo was the kindest and most hospitable host I have ever had. She went above and beyond to provide for any needs or requests I had and responded to my messages very quickly. The place itself was clean and located closely to the national park entrance. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms and a good sized yard as well. Beautiful views of the mountains can also be seen through the windows. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Borjomi or Likani.

Everything is great! The hosts offer breakfast and dinner. We agreed to a dinner. He was great! Cheese, vegetables, khinkali - all our own!!! Galina is a very good-natured, hospitable hostess, treats and is happy to communicate with residents. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!
