الشقة نظيفة وتستاهل الرجوع لها مره ثانية والاقامة فيها والدكتور احمد حقيقي مافي مثله في الادب والاخلاق والمعاملة الحسنة

It totally surpassed my expectations , clean , neat , spacious ,equipped with all the appliances which I need . Owner is a gentle man , speak fluent English , responsive , I was warmly welcomed .

السلام عليكم الشقه كويسه موقع ممتاز واطلاله ممتازه جدا ورائعه المدخل قديم ولا يعيب الشقه الغرف ٣ فرشها نظيف جدا والطراز قديم يوجد ٣ صالات جميله وبلياردو جميله واثاث نظيف وجميل المطبخ متوسط الى ظعيف يحتاج اعاده تاهيل ككل الشقه تحتاج الى بعض التحسينات وهي بالمجمل جميله مقارنه بسعرها الحمامات ٣ جيده الى متوسطه الارضيات باركيه جيده الاسره نظيفه جدا وجميله فيها بلكونه ترد الروح بس عيبها الازعاج بسبب وجود محطه بنزين جانبها اما من ناحيه المظيف طارق فلن تجد شخص محترم ومؤدب ويجيد حسن التعامل مثل طارق وكذا احمد جزاهم خيرا انا اوصي بها لمن يقبل الوضع ٨ من ١٠ وشكرا

Overall, the place is amazing overlooking the Nile, Andrew is really friendly, responsive and sorted out any issues we had immediately and allowed us to extend our stay. The blackout blinds are a great feature, the only thing missing from this apartment was an oven. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Andrew. 😊

I think it's a lovely place to stay in a non-tourist area of Cairo but very quick to reach downtown on the microbus. It will become more accessible once the new Metro stations open in the vicinity. If you want to experience the real Cairo and real Egypt I recommend staying here. Sherif is very helpful and gave me a lot of tips and information to get around and even came out with me and I saw much more than I would have. There are some great fruit and vegetable markets nearby as well as juice places and cake shops. Just be aware that there is a poultry shop very close by....that's the only negative from me. I would definitely stay again thank you Sherif!

I stayed three nights at the nice big flat. I enjoyed the stay and can really recommend the place. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. The view is very nice too, overlooking the city. Unfortunately the view to the Nile is quite blocked now. Check-in will be with a security guy from downstairs. He doesn´t speak english but we managed with translator. And the owner was always available for texting too. Everybody was very friendly. When I stayed there, there was no hot water in the main bathroom and the location on airbnb was wrong, actually 10 km away, somewhere north of the Fairmont hotel. The real location is on the Al Manial island. Most probably everything is fine, when you book, as the owner promised to take care of the problems. For me it was not an issue.
