The house is in an excellent geographical location. One hour from San José or you can go to the beaches. It has two environments: being close to the sea, its tropical climate and in the countryside with different kinds of birds. It has a pool and a ranch for tenants' use. We are close to Jacó where you can see a lot of beaches: Pógeres beach in 15 minutes. You can visit the Rock in Guacalillos, Carara National Park, and Baja Mar Caves.
