Holiday rentals with breakfast in Alajuela Province

Our family has a wonderful stay at Ulfran’s! Ulfran cut down coconuts for our family and taught us how to open them. The property is beautiful and filled with birds and monkeys. We loved being woken up by howler monkeys every morning! The location was very close to many activities… Sloth’s paradise down the road was the highlight of our trip! We saw frogs, eyelash viper snakes and sloths up close and in their natural habitat (not a zoo or caged area - completely natural).

This place was magical. The view is unmatched and the inside is immaculate. Definitely feels high-end and clean. It was super close to downtown La Fortuna and plenty of activities while still feeling secluded. Our family had a great stay and hope to visit again in the future.

Ilena's place was very lovely and she did a great job communicating! The kids loved the pool!

Luis s place did not disappoint! We loved the farm and the hot springs. The restaurant is excellent with great service. I would highly recommend Luis s place.

If you find yourself in Puntarenas and have a taste for history and true hospitality, Casa Fait is the place to go. The house itself is beautifully and carefully restored to it’s early 20th century splendour, which is completely surreal given today’s reality of the fisherman town. The hosts are beyond welcoming and shared a lot of stories, recommendations, anecdotes and wisdom. It has been a great experience on our journey through Costa Rica.

This Airbnb is absolutely magical. The views are stunning and Victoria is such a gracious host. She and her husband went out of their way to make me feel at home and make sure I was getting full use of the amenities. Everything was so comfortable and thoughtful. And their property has some of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen! Couldn’t recommend more!

We have stayed at Casa Isabelita multiple times. It is always so peaceful. We hope to stay again.

I had a nice stay at this home. We enjoyed the many places to sit and relax inside and outside the house. Swimming pool was very nice.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The atmosphere is peaceful, incredibly relaxing, and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. This place is great. Location: beautiful next to místico however after 4pm the restaurant next door is closed. A car is needed. Parking is included. Room : the room is exactly as shown. It is clean and the AC works Staff: the front desk staff is great. They are friendly Overall would stay here again.

I loved, the place, the hosts, the dog, the peace. Felt right like family. I would definitely go back there another time when the occasion come. Absolutely nothing bad to about this experience.

I really liked the place, the people who take care of you are very friendly and warm welcome. The restaurant is delicious, everything they prepare is seen to do with love and the food is very traditional. The room is nice, it has enough blankets and has a super cute balcony that overlooks a garden.

Sweet family, awesome breakfast, very good communication, helpful and assertive, cutest dog, beautiful view, quiet area. It’s perfect for one person to retreat, if you don’t need fast wifi. You get hot food and basic groceries at the village. Busses are running to Atenas. Gabriel will help you with anything you need, they all speak very good English and like to chat.

Dalia was so nice and gave us a warm welcome. We felt like family! There was another woman there that was also extremely nice. The breakfast was perfect! Great pitstop 20 minutes away from the airport. We ordered an uber to the airport and it was nice and easy. If we need a spot near the airport in the future we will definitely be back here! Great place to stay, close to airport. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Very friendly host, Edwin even offered to drive me to the airport at 4 am! I was there only for one night. The room is spacious with a large and very comfortable bed / mattress. Big bathroom with everything you need. All was meticulously clean, and welcoming. I used the jacuzzi to relax. I would stay here again!
